THE WINE

Mount Hermon Cabernet Sauvignon displays fresh cherry and raspberry fruit notes intermingled with touches of fresh herbs. Great for everyday drinking, this Cabernet exhibits medium body and satisfying flavor. While enjoyable upon release, the Mount Hermon Cabernet Sauvignon will stay in excellent drinking condition for some threeyears from harvest.

THE WINE

Mount Hermon Indigo is produced from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah (Shiraz) fruit harvested from vineyards on the Golan Heights. These two classic red varieties combine to give the wine its appealing indigo color. This medium-bodied red blend features attractive characters of ripe red and black fruits, intermingled with notes of smoke, earth, black tea and fresh herbs. Ready to drink upon release, the Mount Hermon Indigo is best enjoyed within about three years from harvest.

PAIRING

Serve this versatile wine with grilled lamb skewers, a good steak or a wild mushroom thin-crust pizza.

THE WINE

Mount Hermon Moscato is made solely from Muscat Canelli fruit harvested from vineyards in the Golan Heights. The wine’s very cold fermentation is stopped early, creating an aromatic and lightly sparklingwine that is naturallylowin alcohol.

A sweet yet refreshing dessert wine, Mount Hermon Moscato presents aromatic notes of flowers, grape and lime with pleasing hints of mint and pine. Ready to enjoy upon release, this wine is best consumed within about 18 months ofvintage.
