TIPS & GUIDELINES
In addition to the snacks and beverages normally found on board, our catering menu provides a wide variety of dining options for your flight. Please advise client services of your catering request at least 24 hours in advance for domestic flights and 72 hours in advance for international flights.
Our aircraft are typically stocked with a variety of beverages and snack items. If you would like to have a specific item on board, you may request Client Services to obtain it when ordering catering for your flight.
Our crews are happy to a ccommodate catering you bring aboard; however, storage is limited and refrigeration is not available on all aircraft. Also, please notify client services with any food allergies or dietar y restrictio ns.
APPETIZERS & SNACKS
Your choice of an individual serving or a platter for two or more people.
CHEESE SAMPLER
An arrangement of brie, smoked Gouda, cheddar and blue cheese served with grapes and crackers.
CHARCUTERIE TRAY
An arrangement of cured meats, hand-selected cheeses, nuts such as almonds, pickles, olives and mustard. Served with an assortment of crackers.
CAPRESE SKEWER TRAY
Grape tomatoes, mozzarella, fresh basil, grilled artichoke, served with balsamic glaze and pesto.
CRUDITÉS WITH HUMMUS
An arrangement of broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrots, red bell pepper, baby corn and cherry tomatoes, served with hummus.
SHRIMP COCKTAIL
Served with lemon and cocktail sauce.
CHIPS, SALSA & GUACAMOLE
CRISPY CHICKEN TENDERS
Served with assorted dipping sauces.
FRESH FRUIT TRAY
Seasonal fruit and fresh berries.

Croissants, danishes, butter and preserves fruit display.
CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST
Fresh sliced fruit, yogurt, croissant and chef’s choice of muffin with butter and preserves, served with orange juice.
INDIVIDUAL YOGURT PARFAIT
Vanilla Greek yogurt with berries and granola.
SMOKED SALMON & BAGEL
One bagel with cream cheese on the side, sliced eggs, sliced tomatoes, chopped onions and capers.
EGG SANDWICH
Your choice of bagel, toast, English muff in or croissant with your choice of bacon, sausage or ham, served with or without cheese.
OMELET BREAKFAST
Filled with cheese and served with your choice of breakfast meat and breakfast potatoes.
CEREAL TRAY (SERVES ONE)
Your choice of two individual boxes of adult breakfast cereal. Served with half a pint of 2% milk and orange juice, one individual yogurt and chef’s choice of garnish.
LUNCH / DINNER ENTRÉES
Your choice of an individual serving or a platter for two or more people.
CAESAR SALAD
Traditional salad with romaine, Parmesan, croutons and Caesar dressing. Add your choice of chicken, salmon or steak.
CHEF’S SALAD
Romaine, chopped turkey, ham, salami, Swiss cheese, hard-boiled egg, tomatoes, cucumber and served with vinaigrette dressing.
COBB SALAD
Grilled chicken, carrots, cucumber, avocado, blue cheese, olives, tomatoes, eggs and bacon.
GREEK SALAD
Traditional Greek salad with tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta cheese on a bed of romaine with vinaigrette dressing. Add your choice of chicken, salmon or steak.
DELI SANDWICH OR FINGER SANDWICH PLATTER
Assorted sandwiches. Includes lettuce, sliced tomatoes and condiments (ham, turkey, chicken salad, tuna salad or egg salad).
DELI SANDWICH BOX MEAL
Your choice of sandwich. Ham, turkey, chicken salad, tuna salad or egg salad. Includes lettuce, sliced tomatoes, condiments, side and dessert.
GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST DINNER
Grilled chicken breast, chef’s choice of vegetables and starch and sauce on the side.
GRILLED FILET MIGNON
Grilled beef filet (medium rare), chef’s choice of vegetables and starch and sauce on the side.
GRILLED SALMON DINNER
Grilled salmon, chef’s choice of vegetables and starch and sauce on the side.
PASTA BOLOGNESE
Served with chef’s choice of starch or vegetables.

KID’S ENTRÉES
KID’S CEREAL BREAKFAST
Your choice of cereal served with a pint of 2% milk, juice box and yogurt.
KID’S DELI SANDWICH
Your choice of deli meat or PB&J. Served with crudités and ranch dressing, child-friendly dessert and juice box.
KID’S SNACK PACK
Mini crudités with ranch dressing, fruit cup, cheese and crackers, yogurt and juice box.
KID’S CHICKEN FINGERS
Breaded chicken tenders with honey mustard and barbecue sauce. Served with vegetable sticks and ranch dressing, child-friendly dessert and juice box (may be served cold due to heating restrictions).
MACARONI & CHEESE OR PASTA
Served with vegetable sticks and ranch dressing, child-friendly dessert and juice box.
KID’S MINI PIZZA
Mini cheese pizza served with fruit, child-friendly dessert and juice box.

Garnished presentation of chocolate-covered strawberries.
