Slight Seller's Advantage
The market has been cooling over time and prices plateaued for a while. Despite the consistent decrease in MAI, we’re in the Seller’s zone. Watch for changes in MAI. If the MAI resumes its climb, prices will likely follow suit. If the MAI drops consistently or falls into the Buyer’s zone, watch for downward pressure on prices.

Our focus is to maintain/increase our Reading and Math scores. In addition to classroom instruction for support, we also promote regular attendance and positive behavior. Research shows that these two elements are a significant contributing factor for student’s success both academically and developmentally. Our classrooms discuss a character trait each week and we provide time for students to use 'table talk' to work through social dilemmas they may face. We have developed small group reading to target individual student needs. We meet them where they are and help them grow.
