The market has been cooling over time and prices plateaued for a while. Despite the consistent decrease in MAI, we’re in the Seller’s zone. Watch for changes in MAI. If the MAI resumes its climb, prices will likely follow suit. If the MAI drops consistently or falls into the Buyer’s zone, watch for downward pressure on prices.

At Abraham Lincoln Elementary, we have three school wide goals. 1) We aim to increase student achievement in Math and English Language Arts. 2) We teach pro-social behaviors by emphasizing relationships. 3) Lastly, we strengthen our school community by engaging families and caregivers. The commonalities of these goals aim to nurture students to become productive and responsible citizens.
State Goals
The Oregon Department of Education is partnering with school districts and local communities to ensure a 90% ontime, four year graduation rate by 2027. To progress toward this goal, the state will prioritize efforts to improve attendance, provide a well-rounded education, invest in implementing culturally responsive practices, and promote continuous improvement to close opportunity and achievement gaps for historically and currently underserved students.
Safe & Welcoming Environment
Abraham Lincoln Elementary is partnering with the Resolve Center for Dispute Resolution and Restorative practices to engage in a multiyear paradigm shift. Restorative Practices is not a program, but a philosophical overlay. Restorative Justice emphasizes relationships, engages all voices, and aligns systems, policies, and practices with restorative values and lens. Strengthening relationships creates a safe and welcoming environment.

Our school prioritizes security through robust ALICE training for staff, cutting edge communication and surveillance systems, regular security drills, strong relationships with first responders, and renovated facilities.
