We are writing to inform the Dobson Ranch community that Executive Director Fran Pawlak is no longer employed with The Dobson Association, Inc. as of July 25, 2024.

At the Open Session meeting on July 25, the Board of Directors approved a motion to contact City Property and Advantage Property Management (APM) to obtain a contracted Interim Community Manager for a short-term solution until we determine the next steps.

The Board President, Sam Javelosa, met with staff, and a Board representative will be present in the Administration office until we have a community manager in place. We thank you for your understanding and patience with staff during this transition period. Please contact the Board of Directors with any questions or concerns.
