HOA STAFF TEAMWORK: HIGHLIGHTING THE HOA STAFF

The Dobson Ranch HOA is privileged to have a team of people dedicated to serving the Dobson Ranch Community. A team of passionate individuals grounded in serving others and always looking for new ways to improve life here on the Ranch. It is a daily occurrence where new challenges bring the team together, sparking conversations and finding the best solution. Each team player has strengths; a solid team emerges when everyone comes together. We want to highlight the critical work done by Dobson Ranch employees.

Teaching: A Communities Priority

Dobson Ranch is fortunate to have the La Casita Preschool within our community, led by teachers Jessi and Bari. They provide a safe, loving environment for children to be cared for and the opportunity to develop to their fullest potential physically, emotionally, socially, intellectually, and creatively.

The Maintenance Team: Keeping the Community Pristine

The Maintenance Team is essential in ensuring certain aspects of the community are well-maintained and functional, such as common areas, pools, restrooms, lakes, and outdoor activity areas. Our team consists of Rodrigo, Gustavo, Chancey, Martin, Gonzalo, Felipe, and Marc as their supervisor. By promptly addressing any maintenance issues and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of shared spaces in Dobson Ranch, the Maintenance Team significantly contributes to the overall quality of life for residents and the community’s aesthetic appeal.

The Front Desk: A Welcoming Face

The Front Desk person is often the first point of contact for residents and visitors to Dobson Ranch. Tonya Gallagher, who joined the administration team in May, has taken on the role of Front Desk administrator. This role is crucial to the care of our members. Whether handling assessment inquiries, homeowner concerns, or assisting with various in-office administrative tasks, Tonya ensures that members of the HOA are valued and heard. As you stop in the office or call over the phone, you will be greeted with a smile and Tonya’s joyful personality at our Front Desk.

The Compliance Officer: Upholding Standards

Like our maintenance crew, who keeps Dobson Ranch wellgroomed, our Compliance Officer, Jonathan Lefler, plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and aesthetics of the community. By ensuring all residents adhere to the CC&Rs, the Compliance Officer helps preserve property values and the community’s overall appeal. Jonathan has a keen eye for detail and a fair but firm approach to enforcing guidelines. The person in this role often receives negative attention for sending out violations. Still, Jonathan understands how this role plays a part in the bigger picture and carries a joyful attitude in the office and your neighborhood in this summer heat.

The Recreation Department: Enhancing Quality of Life

No HOA is complete without activities and a recreation department. This team is responsible for setting up and organizing certain recreational activities. Jackie Hutton is our Recreation Facilities Supervisor, and Dion Jaramillo oversees the amenities in Dobson Ranch as Recreation Lead. This team, also comprised of four part-time members, Jada, Dustin, Peter, and Mercedes, fosters community and provides residents with opportunities to socialize, stay active, and enjoy their Dobson Ranch amenities. The Recreation Department’s efforts contribute significantly to residents’ overall satisfaction and quality of life.

The Financial Department: Managing Resources Wisely

The Financial Department ensures that the HOA’s funds are managed responsibly and transparently. Akina handles the budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting, providing the financial stability necessary for Dobson Ranch to function effectively.

The Communications Administrator: Keeping Everyone Informed

Effective communication is the backbone of any successful organization, and Chad Turner plays a key role in this area. His experience in community-driven marketing and background in media production make Chad a valuable asset to the Dobson Ranch HOA team.

Celebrating the Team

The success of our HOA relies on the synergy created by all team members working together towards common goals. From the Front Desk person who provides a warm welcome to the Financial Department that ensures our fiscal health, every role is vital. The Dobson Ranch HOA is proud to display such a committed team, and their hard work and passion continually inspire. Together, we can ensure that our community remains vibrant, well-maintained, and a great place to call home.
