AS9100 is not thrilling or interesting and needs someone like him, with a wealth of practical experience and knowledge to breathe some life into it and make it digestible.
This is especially true when the class is conducted online rather than in person.

Introduction to Incident Investigation
The information provided throughout the course will allow me to be more attentive to the causes and remediation action as it pertains to incidents. SCAT can be applied to the compliance reports that I generate on a regular basis.
The content was delivered in a simple and educational manner. The trainer was very informative and went the extra mile to read the case study to me while I was in the field driving at one point.
