Ebuka, Nigeria's favourite TV personality, on BBNaija, His Career, and the Future
Ebuka Obi-Uchendu exudes a powerful, unspoken simplicity. His calm self awareness is admirable. At 41, Ebuka is easily Nigeria's golden "boy" on television. He is most memorable for his tact, intelligent conversations, and, of course, his style. He is best known as the host of the reality show Big Brother Naija, which is currently airing an All Stars edition. He's also known for hosting Channels TV's long-running Rubbin' Minds talk show, which is now in its tenth year. He has received several award nominations as a brand ambassador and style connoisseur.

Hi and welcome!
Itold Ebuka a cute little story: when he was a contestant on Big Brother Naija years ago, my dad, God rest his soul, took a distinct liking to him after discovering the reality show. He said he just sits with his Guinness (I’m not sure now) and minds his business.
I recall him making it a point to vote for him on a daily basis. It got to the point where he would recharge all of our phones just so we could all vote for his favourite person in the house because, according to him, "he has self-control."
"That young man will go far in life," he once said. (My dad’s remark also caused me to stop and reflect deeply on self-control and discipline for the first time!)
He didn’t win, but my dad unconsciously sort of “introduced” me to Ebuka. Our cover personality—by now you know—is Big Brother Naija host, compere, lawyer, and writer Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, who talks about his foray into TV, hosting Big Brother, the show, the responsibilities that come with it, and everything in between. Ebuka may have a future in styling because he doesn't just show up looking good; he also knows a thing or two about putting looks together. Read about Nigeria's golden TV personality in our cover story.
We have coverage of the EMY Africa award ceremony in Lagos, where your favourite celebrities came to party and play in their best Billionaire version outfits. In this edition, Danielle is back to talk about solo dating and loving yourself for wellness, and the pointers are ones to try.

After being blown away by Auroe Signature, we're looking into fragrance and why you should have scents in your home. This week's edition, like all previous editions, is exciting.
