So you know, we are happy to accept clients at various different stages including pre qualification 6-24 months out from completion, application ready at 1-6 months pre completion, and re-engagement of successful clients 1-12 months post completion.

Our front-line team gathers preliminary details about the client and their project, ensuring a smooth introduction to our services, concluding with booking a broker appointment at the mutual agreement of the client.
Our brokers, each with their own specialty, appraise a full factfind and clients circumstances, provide personalised advice, source finance products, and deliver custom finance terms. They work 1-to-1 with a case manager on all projects.
Upon client approval, our case management team takes charge, submitting an application to the chosen lender(s) and managing all parties through to successful completion.
With a formal finance offer in place, if required/requested, our insurance advisers look to secure clients projects and future with comprehensive insurance solutions.
