COMPARISON BETWEEN ENGINEERING BRANCHES: ECE AND CSE

The two streams—ECE and CSE—are marvels of engineering discipline in the modern era. ECE stands for Electronics and Communication Engineering whereas CSE stands for Computer Science Engineering. These two are very closely aligned yet they are different. CSE is all about computer engineering and computer science while ECE deals with all the electronic devices.

ECE and CSE are sometimes applied to the same project but they have some specific distinctions.

ECE: ECE doesn’t involve much programming. It is rather more inclined to managing and developing the communication patterns of the components of devices.

To sum it up, it deals with the circuits and antennas.

Every phone, computer, tablet, etc that you come across have been compiled with the help of ECE postulates.

Career Prospects: Completion of an ECE degree do make you engineers (obviously) but in other areas. You become eligible for being service engineers, Network Planning engineers, R&D software engineers, technical directors, software analysts, etc.
