Dave began his Real Estate career in the mid-80s, selling $10,000 mobile home lots and never turning down any opportunity. Over the years, he expanded his business, serving a diverse clientele, and consistently ranking among the top 1% of Texas REALTORS for over two decades. His journey has taken him to nearly $2 billion in career sales, specializing in ranches, luxury, and waterfront properties. Despite his success, he remains rooted in his origins, handling listings across all price ranges with the help of his skilled team. Dave and his wife and six children enjoy travel, skiing, beach outings, hiking, and hosting gatherings of 30 to 40 people at their ranch, where they embrace Cajun cooking, parties, and fun. Josh was born in Fort Worth, Texas, but raised in a small town West of Austin in the Texas Hill Country. Josh is the Co-Founder of TexasLand and a top producer in land sales in Texas. Before getting into real estate, at a young age, Josh started a marketing and lead generation consulting firm, which eventually led to getting into real estate 8 years ago. Since Co-Founding a top Ranch and land brokerage, Josh has successfully done numerous development and real estate investment deals, with a rapidly growing portfolio. Josh also has the largest Social Media platform for land and ranches in North America, with a combined 200,000+ followers.

Karla Gowing Karla manages team growth, onboarding new agents, and oversees the organization's operations. She has been a licensed REALTOR since 2007. After relocating from Dallas to Austin in 2004, she began working in Real Estate at a title office. Having represented buyers and sellers in and around South Austin and the Dripping springs area since 2007, she is extremely knowledgeable about all the details required in the home buying and selling processes. Karla lives in Southwest Austin with her husband and two children, where she enjoys spending lots of time on the sports fields and taking advantage of the many outdoor events in and around the area. Before becoming CEO, Karla also worked as Director of Operations for the DMTX Realty Group and Texasland.
