Tim Dosch, Principal, co-founded Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE) with David Marshall and Tom Dosch. He brings a heightened level of suburban land sale, urban redevelopment, and corporate relocation expertise that elevates and expands service delivery to clients. Tim founded ARA Houston Land Services in 2007 in order to service client land needs and build a land brokerage business for ARA. He grew that team to eight people and left ARA Newmark in July 2017 to found Dosch Marshall Real Estate.

David Marshall Principal

David Marshall, Principal, co-founded Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE) with Tim Dosch and Tom Dosch. David specializes in urban redevelopment and suburban land sales for all buyer and seller types. He oversees all aspects of the transaction process from valuation, pricing strategies, marketing and client contact, due diligence, and negotiations of the purchase and sale agreement through deal funding.

David is also involved in client development. Over the past seven years, he was involved in more than $1 billion in land transactions.

Tom Dosch, Principal, co-founded Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE) with his brother, Tim Dosch, and David Marshall. Tom focuses on running day-to-day operations of DMRE and leads the Buyer Representative team, sourcing and selling land tracts across Houston and in select cities across the State of Texas. Since 2012, Tom has participated in over $1 billion in land transactions gaining invaluable experience locating on and off-market urban redevelopment and suburban land development opportunities.
