DIANA WANJIRU

I’ve experienced the beauty created by people coming together to tell their stories in a way that unfolds naturally. A community that shares its culture and graciously hones the idea of ‘who we are’. As a Kenyan witnessing the recent revolution of a young generation, there’s a yearning to learn about people and what makes us unified. Over time, I’ve observed various artistic expressions crafted with strokes of Kenyan stories, learnt to appreciate architecture, the history, and culture that’s inevitably tied to the every day. I hope to find a way to merge these outlooks into architecture, and rebuild the old into what is continuously evolving.
