5. Remove CPU: after remove the iPhone baseband CPU, measured the diode data of U1 pin is infinite large. Scratch a circuit near pin U1 and connect it to pin U1 with a enameled wire, the diode data now is normal. Use hot air gun to reball the explosive tin balls on baseband CPU, and then weld baseband CPU to PCB.

6. Test it with oscilloscope: power on iPhone motherboard, and then use UNI-T UT81 Oscilloscope to measure the wave of RFFE1_DATA of PP3171_RF under the state of bare board. The wave is normal. And the wave of RFFE1_CLK of PP3170_RF is


normal after the test.

7. Install the iPhone to test: after install the iPhone, get into IOS to test, now the signal is back, iPhone 6 are in service now.
