Current Affairs: For the second consecutive day, Delhi witnessed another spell of winter rains on Tuesday morning. There will be gusty winds with cloudy sky with rain and drizzle throughout the day and the minimum and maximum temperature likely to be around 9 and 21 degrees Celsius respectively, according to the India Meteorological Department.

Due to the low visibility, at least 15 trains were running late and more than 138 trains have been cancelled, according to the National Train Enquiry System.
