Guideline A. Layout / Extension 1. Buildings should be constructed from the lower elevation then go higher. 2. At least one side of the building's facade should have an opening. 3. The horizontal extension along the contour line should follow principle #1. 4. Not until the lower level has been developed the upper level could be built. 5. The continuous length of the horizontal extension should not be over 30 metre. 6. Every two building masses should keep a distance more than 6 metre to allow daylight led in.

Massing Speculation B. Construction / Materials 1. Buildings should be lifted above the steep terrain. 2. The material of structural system could be either concrete or steel but wood. 3. The structure of rooftop should be capable for future vertical extensions. 4. The external wall could be any material but wood. 5. Recycled containers could be used as temporary buildings by special tennets for less than 2 years. 6. The container buildings could only be settled in constrained area.
