Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort is proud to be led by General Manager Pearl Lake, a beloved and inspiring leader who began her journey with us in 1999 as a Front Desk Supervisor! Through passion and dedication, she rose through the ranks to become General Manager in 2019.
A proud Aruban local with over 25 years of hospitality experience, Pearl is known for her warm spirit and deep commitment to both guests and team members. As one of only a few female Aruban GMs on the island, she brings a unique blend of leadership and heart to everything she does.
