Introduction to Diversified's Faith Team

WE

TURN

SPACES

INTO

UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCES

If you’re reading this brochure, you already know the stakes. Every Sunday is a high-pressure, high-impact moment where technology either fades into the background or drags the whole experience you’re creating into the spotlight for the wrong reasons. At Diversified Faith, we live for making the most of these worship experiences — not to chase headlines or awards, but to make sure your team, your message, and your mission win every single week. Our team has walked the same hallways you do, stood in the booth before the lights come up, and felt the weight of “this has to work.”

Yes, we’re part of one of the largest media and technology integration firms in the world. But we’re also the people you text when a volunteer is sick and you don’t know how a piece of gear works, when Easter is on the horizon and you need a solution fast, or when you just need a sounding board for a bold idea. Our scale gives you access to resources most ministries could never dream of; our focus keeps us grounded in the realities of your Sunday. That’s the Diversified difference — the personal connection of a boutique team, backed by a global team that never runs out of team, driven by a heart for ministry and Kingdom impact above all else.

Over the next few pages, we’re going to walk you through the same proven journey we’ve led for some of the most influential ministries in the world. You’ll see how clarity replaces guesswork, how design becomes mission-driven, and how technology becomes an extension of your calling rather than a distraction from it. Think of this as more than a brochure — it’s your roadmap to systems that inspire, engage, and endure. By the end, you’ll know exactly why the churches you know by name trust our team with their most visible moments… and why now

Thankful to be considered for this journey with you…

YOUR MISSION DESERVES MORE THAN JUST “GOOD ENOUGH”.

You lead a ministry that reaches thousands every week. Your message is clear, your vision bold, and your team works relentlessly to create moments that connect hearts to God — in the room, across campuses, and online. But even the strongest vision can stall when AVL production systems can’t keep up, designs won’t scale, or budgets hide costly surprises. And you know the stakes: one glitch can pull people out of the moment. Your mission is too important to be limited by tools that can’t deliver.

We understand because we’ve been there. In the trenches of high-stakes worship production, we’ve seen what’s on the line when the lights come up and the message begins. That’s why the most influential churches in the world trust Diversified Faith with their most visible, high-pressure moments. Our approach is simple: listen first to capture your vision, design boldly with the best minds and technology in the industry, and deliver without compromise so the message — not the gear — is what people remember.

The wrong systems and partners create distraction, missed moments, and messages that fall flat. The right team delivers an experience that inspires, engages, and endures — week after week, year after year. Ministries from household names to hidden powerhouses have made the leap. Now it’s your turn.

Diversified Faith specializes in working with churches. We’re big enough to bring unmatched resources, focused enough to speak your language, and connected enough to pull the best creative minds into your project — anywhere.

We deliver outcomes: clarity in every seat, broadcasts that match the energy of the live room, immersive visuals that elevate worship, and scalable systems that last a decade. These aren’t promises; they’re the same results trusted by many of the most influential ministries in America. The names beside us aren’t just clients — they’re proof of what’s possible.

THREE COMMON PATHS. ONE PROVEN ALTERNATIVE.

Gear alone doesn’t win the day. Without a clear plan, even the most expensive systems underperform, fail early, or never deliver the experience you imagined. The right plan aligns vision, budget, and design from the start — so when the lights come up and the message begins, everything just works. The right partner can deliver this plan while alleviating stress and worry.

Churches typically take one of three paths to deliver a major audio/video/lighting project — but each comes with trade-offs:

1. IN-HOUSE BUILD

You know your ministry best — but tackling a complex, high-stakes build solo means diverting staff from ministry, stretching skill sets, and absorbing all the risk.

2. LOCAL SPECIALTY AV COMPANY

Convenient and familiar — but limited resources, vendor bias, and missing vast ministry project experience can cost more in mistakes than you save up front.

3. INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT

Usually strong in vision and design, but no skin in the game when it comes to installation. You’ll still have to find, vet, and manage a separate integrator — and bridge the gap if design doesn’t meet reality.

MEET DIVERSIFIED. DIFFERENT ON PURPOSE.

Dedicated to churches, influenced by the most culture-shaping entertainment brands and entities, armed with a proven process, and connected to the industry’s best talent anywhere. Big enough for global reach, focused enough to know your world, and structured to get it right the first time.

Your integrator choice sets your ceiling. Choose generic, “good enough” and you cap your impact. We built Diversified Faith to be the standard-setter — relied upon by the most influential ministries with name recognition as well as those you’ll never read about — with proof from day one to every Sunday thereafter.

OUR PROCESS.

Big moments don’t happen by accident — they’re engineered. Backed by Diversified’s decades of delivering for the biggest stages, most iconic venues, and most respected entertainment brands in the world, we’ve honed an extremely consistent eight-step process that removes guesswork, eliminates risk, and keeps vision, budget, and execution perfectly aligned. It’s not just a workflow; it’s how we turn high-stakes Sundays into flawless experiences, week after week, project after project.

Scope Clarity.

Every component, line-items, narrative, no mysteries.

Design Build. Integrate creative & technical so nothing is lost in handoff.

Launch Weekend. Full team on-site to guarantee success.

Flawless Install. World class crew, accountability, zero finger-pointing.

Future-Ready Support. Keep your systems missionready for years.

OBJECTIVE

In 2019, Transformation Church acquired the 4,500-seat Spirit Bank Center — just months before a global pandemic shut down in-person gatherings. Instead of slowing down, their reach exploded as millions discovered Pastor Michael Todd’s teaching online. Practically overnight, the ministry shifted from a vibrant local congregation to a global platform engaging millions on YouTube.

SOLUTION

Diversified created an exceptional, intentional experience from the parking lot to the Arena, deviating from the conventional “church” atmosphere. LED experiential lighting and unique video screens for wayfinding are strategically employed throughout the facility. A L-Acoustics immersive loudspeaker system and an Ultra High Definition, High Dynamic Range Multi-Camera Cinematic Video System (the first of it’s kind in a church in the world) ensures exceptional visual quality for everyone.

IMPACT

Today, Transformation Church delivers a one-of-a-kind experience that’s equally powerful in person and online — a venue and production system often compared to Hollywood’s finest. The result: expanded reach, deeper engagement, and the ability to connect with audiences in every country on earth without compromising the message.

Tulsa, Oklahoma

OBJECTIVE

Journey Church was growing fast — so fast their existing campuses couldn’t seat everyone. When a larger facility in West Palm Beach became available, they saw the chance to create a high-impact worship environment and second broadcast hub. The challenge: integrate with the existing footprint, deliver both in-person and broadcast excellence, and hit an aggressive opening date.

SOLUTION

We transformed the space into a concert-level, broadcast-ready venue. The audio system delivers crystal-clear intelligibility and immersive coverage, while a multi-camera cinematic rig captures the atmosphere for online audiences. A massive LED video wall with side projection provides a dynamic visual canvas, and immersive lighting elevates both worship and teaching moments — perfectly balanced for the room and the lens. Behind the scenes, a robust production IT backbone, distributed AV, and intercom system keep the team connected.

IMPACT

The results were immediate: 1,200 new seats relieved pressure at other campuses, and broadcast capability matched the quality of their primary site. Services now reach more people in more places with greater clarity, energy, and visual impact — keeping the focus where it belongs: on the message, not the technology.

Lake Worth, Florida
JOURNEY CHURCH

OBJECTIVE

With over 14 physical locations and a global online audience, Christ Fellowship — one of the ten largest churches in the U.S. — wanted to elevate their broadcast campus to lead their post-pandemic growth strategy. Already their exclusive partner for ongoing campus expansion, we were tasked with creating the most compelling online message capture in the church world today.

SOLUTION

We replaced aging, decade-old systems with a state-of-the-art Ultra High Definition, High Dynamic Range–ready cinematic broadcast video system. The design featured Sony cameras, a Ross video core with Furio Robotics, Riedel production intercom, an advanced production network, precision key lighting, and a campus-wide fiber backbone built for future growth. Every element was engineered to deliver stunning visual clarity and reliability for the next decade of ministry.

IMPACT

The result is one of the most hyper-realistic message captures in the church world — a true best-in-class broadcast. Engagement at physical campuses during message playback is at an all-time high, while online reach continues to expand. With dependable, world-class systems in place, the team can now focus on leadership’s vision and ministry impact instead of maintaining failing equipment.

Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

OBJECTIVE

Crossroads Church set out to achieve what had never been attempted before in the world — elevate the immersive elements of live worship by combining Extended Reality, Augmented Reality, and Immersive Audio into a seamless in-person and remote experience. The goal: draw audiences deeper into the message than ever before across all campuses.

SOLUTION

In partnership with Disguise, AbelCine, Tait, Concept Pixels, and awardwinning designer Nathan Paul Taylor, we led the creation of the world’s first live “XR” broadcast experience produced in front of an audience. The build included an ultra-high-definition, high-dynamic-range cinematic video system, LED video canvases with automation, powerful media servers, artist tracking on stage, and an L-Acoustics L-ISA immersive loudspeaker system — every component engineered to make this vision a reality.

IMPACT

The result is a truly first-of-its-kind worship experience. From the broadcast campus to satellite locations across Ohio and Kentucky, communicators can instantly transport audiences into virtual worlds that enhance the message. Worship visuals create moments of awe and beauty, while immersive 360° audio surrounds the congregation, giving them an encounter unlike anything seen or heard before. The future isn’t coming — at Crossroads Church, it’s already here.

WHY CHOOSE DIVERSIFIED?

You’ve heard the pitches. You’ve seen the promises. But when the stakes are this high, you need a partner who can prove — in detail — why they’re different.

Too many integrators recycle the same playbook — generic designs, vague budgets, and systems that can’t keep up with your vision. You deserve a partner who brings fresh ideas, clear answers, and the horsepower to execute at the highest level.

In a world where every Sunday is a high-stakes moment, “good enough” is just another way to say “not ready.” Our approach leaves nothing to chance — every decision, every connection, every partnership is engineered to deliver impact you can feel in the room and see online. If you’re ready to stop compromising and start leading, the future of your ministry’s production starts now.

PROMISES FADE. RESULTS LAST.

Every service starts on time, ready or not. In worship production, you don’t get bonus points for “almost.” That’s why you must measure partners not by what they say, but by what they deliver.

OTHERS’ RISK. OUR REALITY.

Bragging about only using in-house crew on your project because it gives a personal touch and/or maintains quality is not a strength — it’s a ceiling.

Many “sales” budgets and renderings look great in meetings but never survive the build, leading to costly surprises.

Personal touch is great — unless it’s all you have. Every project hits the unexpected. We combine personal touch with a deep bench of trusted, proven labor resources. Opening day doesn’t slide because the GC’s schedule ran long and projects don’t pause because someone’s out — they finish on time because our team never runs out of team.

Dreams aren’t valuable when reality blindsides you. Our budgets stay within 10% from first meeting to final invoice. Renderings are build-ready — pixel-perfect, dollaraccurate, and exactly what gets installed. No bait and switch. No blowups. Full control, opening day exactly as promised.

“Transparent” pricing that hides markups or gaps will show up later, when it’s too late to fix.

Keeping all creative work in-house limits your options and leaves you with a design shaped by their taste, not your vision.

Inspiring words about calling and ministry mean little if no one’s there when it matters most.

Cutting corners guarantees a second — and more expensive — build sooner than you think.

Staying inside the church tech echo chamber increases the risk of chasing trends that fizzle instead of investing in solutions that endure.

Transparency that’s actually transparent. We proactively show every line item, every labor hour, every margin. You’ll know exactly where every dollar goes — before you spend it. No mystery markups. No surprises. Just a plan you can defend to your board and overseers.

Vision isn’t one-size-fits-all. Your project deserves the perfect fit — not one style from whoever’s on the payroll. We bring the best Arena, Broadway, Broadcast, and Cinema pros to your project to build the exact team your vision demands.

A calling proves itself on Sunday. We stand with you in the booth during launch, train your teams, share our cell phone numbers, and keep your systems healthy year after year — so your calling is never hindered by tools that fail.

Cheap gear is the most expensive choice you can make. We build for a decade of reliability so you avoid rework, emergency rentals, and Sunday failures. Your budget stays in ministry — not maintenance.

Innovation without regret. We’ve led the church world into immersive audio, advanced cinematic workflows, IP production, and XR/VP — but only when they could prove their ROI to your mission. No chasing trends. No costly missteps. Just innovation you can trust to deliver impact.

Promises don’t change lives. Results do. Talk is cheap — results are everything. The real test isn’t the proposal, it’s opening Sunday… and every Sunday to come.

FROM VISION TO REALITY — STEP BY STEP.

Over the coming months, we’ll work side-by-side to shape your system through intentional design development, with every decision aligned to your mission. You’ll see your project take shape in real time — from initial concept to a detailed installation agreement covering every component, connection, and requirement. The process is collaborative, precise, and built to ensure the final result reflects exactly who you are and what you’re called to do.

1. Discovery & Needs Analysis - We begin with face-to-face time at your facility, conducting a structured needs assessment, programming session, and workflow evaluation. The outcome is a detailed narrative of your ministry’s functional goals, laying the foundation for every design and budget decision ahead.

2. Budget Alignment - Using your needs narrative and data from our vast history of ministry projects, we develop good / better / best one-page budget options fast - normally in our first meeting. Together, we refine these into a focused project budget (accurate to ±10%) giving you financial clarity from the start. Here's an example of one of these worksheets.

3. Visual Design & Modeling - We create 3D models of key spaces like the worship center, video control room, and front of house in the very beginning of the process to bring your vision to life. These visual tools help your team confidently evaluate the aesthetics and functionality of the future environment. Here are examples of those visuals from other projects.

4. Infrastructure Planning - Once your design direction is approved, we review floor plans and room shaping, recommend any necessary changes, and generate detailed infrastructure drawings. These plans ensure your facility is physically and technically ready to support the systems you envision. Here is an example drawing set for both floor plans and the later schematics / cable drawings.

5. Acoustic & Construction Drawings - Alongside technology infrastructure, we provide construction-ready documentation for acoustic treatment and sound isolation. These drawings ensure your worship space sounds as good as it looks and functions exactly as intended. Here is an example drawing set of these deliverables.

6. Detailed System Proposal - We take the refined project budget and translate it into a transparent, line-byline bill of materials proposal covering every component, connection, and cost. With no hidden fees, you gain full confidence in what you’re investing in and why. Here's an example of this document.

7. System Narrative - Alongside the proposal, we craft a clear narrative that explains in everyday language how each system will operate. This eliminates guesswork and ensures all stakeholders understand the function and intent of your technology investment. Here's an example

8. Schematic Design - Once the Detailed System Proposal and Narrative are approved, we produce detailed schematic drawings that document every wire, cable, and connection in your system. These blueprints ensure flawless coordination between design and installation—and become the reference for service and support long-term. The example drawing set from step 4 includes these drawings beginning on page 37.

9. Installation Agreement - With all design and documentation complete, we present a fixed-price installation agreement that includes every detail - equipment, labor, travel, and freight. This final step prepares your project for execution with zero financial ambiguity. Here is an example template agreement to show you what this looks like.

THE POWER OF PARTNERSHIP.

We measure capabilities not by what we know alone, but also by who we share life with — because your vision deserves more than just one perspective.

It’s time for the Church to lead creatively again…not follow.

For too long, ministry creativity has been limited by tight budgets and internal bandwidth, forced to borrow from Hollywood, Netflix, and the music industry without access to the same resources. We’re here to change that.

Many ministries struggle to match the production quality and innovation of today’s media-driven world — not because the vision isn’t there, but because the tools, talent, and strategy are out of reach. Until now.

We’ve cultivated exclusive partnerships with the most sought-after creative specialists in the world: acoustic designers who can make any room sing, lighting visionaries who sculpt atmosphere and emotion, LED innovators who turn walls into canvases, and XR pioneers pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in worship. These aren’t names from a vendor list — they’re trusted collaborators we’ve been in the trenches with, solving problems and creating moments together for our clients.

When you partner with us, you get more than a systems integrator. You get access to an ecosystem of worldclass talent, seamlessly coordinated to bring your vision to life. The result is work that transcends technical excellence — experiences that inspire, connect, and last.

Working with AbelCine and Diversified has been revolutionary for cinematic video production. Their collaborative approach perfectly aligns with my vision to push creative boundaries in live church cinematic broadcasts. What truly sets them apart is their team's willingness to explore innovative solutions and test new ideas, even when breaking new ground. The partnership has empowered me to create a more immersive experience for churches through a unique cinematic broadcast approach.
