BRIGG HORSE FAIR 2017 One of the highlights of the equestrian year is expecting to draw bigger crowds than usual this year, because Brigg Horse Fair is on a Saturday - August 5th to be exact. The fair will take place on the site of the former railway station and there's no ticket needed. Horses have been traded at Brigg for hundreds of years and the town's Market Charter was granted in 1204 so it's a great opportunity to see a piece of living history in action!
