HOW TO FiX THe CAMerA ON THe HeAD
Models with a quick release plate Attach the plate to your camera: in this way you will be able to lock it securely to the tripod and you won’t need to screw and unscrew it each time because the plate always remains attached to the camera.
Models with disc camera attachment While holding the camera in one hand, rotate the head top disc with the other hand until the screw locks the camera body securely to the head.
