We set-up the apple juice and cider enterprise in 1993 to add value to the fruit grown in our orchards. Training is offered for professionals and members of the public in juice and cider making. We produce over 40,000 bottles of our own brand apple juice and 7,000 litres of cider. Both have won numerous regional and national competitions.
