CORPORATE CONVENTIONAL PARK Site Location: HDIL, Virar East, Maharashtra, India.

Site Area: 5000 Sq.m No. Of Levels: G + 14 floors Project Typology: Corporate Conventional Park The 14-floor Corporate Convention Centre showcases a remarkable architectural design that blends innovation with nature's tranquility. The first three floors encompass a spacious podium, featuring a captivating organic shape reminiscent of gentle curves and flowing waves. Within this podium, lush green recreational spaces are thoughtfully integrated, providing a welcoming oasis amidst the corporate environment. Each floor from the 4th level onward surprises visitors with open decks artfully positioned on alternate sides, extending outward from the building's structure. These open decks not only offer sweeping panoramic views but also serve as inviting spaces for networking, relaxation, and fresh air breaks.

The use of organic shapes, curves, and waves in the design mirrors the fluidity and harmony found in the natural world, fostering a sense of balance and connection within the environment. Integrating green aspects involves incorporating eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient systems, and renewable energy sources to minimize the ecological footprint. The layout and arrangement of spaces within the holistic center are carefully designed to promote mindfulness and a sense of flow. Attention is given to creating spaces that encourage introspection, relaxation, and social interaction, fostering a sense of community and interconnectedness. The presence of a green terrace, adorned with lush vegetation, provides a serene outdoor space for relaxation, meditation, and rejuvenation. This holistic approach aims to nurture the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of individuals, while also promoting environmental consciousness and a deep connection to nature.
