Landscape Coverage & Maintenance What type of warranty do I have on Landscaping?

1.Sod/Trees/Plantings are NOT covered under the warranty.

2.Site/Lot drainage is covered for a period of one year-this means there should be no standing water for longer than 24 hours around/against your foundation and/or 48 hours in the drainage swales after a rain event or sprinkler usage.

3.Should you, the homeowner, make any improvements to the yard such as the installation of an irrigation system, installation of a fence/gate, patio extensions, pool/spa, additional landscaping etc., your lot drainage warranty will be VOIDED.

How should I care for my yard?

1.First 1-2 weeks: water every day to every other day for 10 minutes and hose water trees at the base for 10-15 minutes.

2.After 2 weeks: water 2-3 times per week. 5-7 minutes on front/back yards. 2-3 minutes on the side yards.

3.It is recommended to turn your sprinkler system off during very cold weeks and weeks with very heavy rainfall.

4.Limit mowing activities for the first month an minimize foot traffic to allow sod to establish.

5.Please allow 60-90 days for your yard to establish before reporting a drainage issue.

6.Once the yard is fully established, fertilize with a Weed & Feed twice a year (Fall/Spring).
