Whiting & Partners has many years of experience in the building and construction industry with numerous clients across the sector and we welcome the Construction Leadership Council’s launch of their Talent Retention Scheme. This is aimed specifically at supporting recruitment in construction, engineering and building services.

In reality, it’s an online portal capable of handling all recruitment needs. Businesses that register for the portal will receive access to a dedicated resourcing and talent management platform to assist with recruitment and skills development activities across all sectors of construction.

Businesses will be able to use the platform to search for and recruit staff, as well as promote an unlimited number of vacancies, and it allows for direct communication between the business and potential candidates. There are also plans for tailored company pages and microsites which give an added marketing benefit!

The best part is that, due to Government backing, all services of the Talent Retention Scheme are initially free until April 2021!
