COVID-19: Keeping our Clients and Staff Safe

s the lockdown eases and we are slowly returning to a new normal way of offering our services, we would like to thank all our clients for their kind understanding and patience during these difficult times. During the pandemic we have continued to provide our patients with treatment and care via video/telephone consultations and where needed at the surgery.

Now as we move forward, it is very important to continue to keep our clients and staff members safe, so we ask that you please understand why we ask you to follow our guidelines.

Routine/preventative procedures are not back to normal service; however, each enquiry will be assessed case by case. Due to the new ways of working to keep our clients and staff safe, our services do take a longer time than they would pre-coronavirus, reducing the numbers of patients we can see each day. We ask that you please bear with us as we prioritise appointments and surgical operations and understand that as a last resort, we may need to reschedule non-urgent appointments e.g. vaccinations, to see those requiring urgent treatment.

We also ask our clients to please telephone The social distancing rule still applies when 01733 685514, email info@whittleseyvets.co.uk attending the surgery and we ask that you please or use our website www.whittleseyvets.co.uk to do not come into the surgery but kindly wait in pre-order food, flea and worm treatments, repeat the car park, unless specifically asked to enter the medications etc. and book appointments.
