A BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

J
une is one of my favourite months of the year. It hosts the longest day, an abundance of summer blooms in the garden, my personal birthday and it is also another birthday for Renu.
enjoying the benefits of an aromatherapy product at home or simply socialising with others in a friendly, nonintimidating environment, we offer you a space to find what you need and deserve.
It seems incredible that it is now thirteen years since I launched Renu in West Street, Bourne. I have seen many changes, including our move of premises to the former Marquis of Granby on Abbey Road, but our business model remains the same : a haven of wellbeing where you can relax the mind, tone the body and lift the spirits.
Of course, no business survives without a strong team and a loyal customer base. I have been fortunate to have both, and I would like to personally thank our customers, both old and new, for their continued support and encouragement.
When I started the business thirteen years ago, the biggest health concerns were things such as heart conditions and cancer. Whilst these are still very high on the agenda, depression, stress and anxiety are now equally high and becoming the foremost reason for absence from work. Taking care of your health and wellbeing has never been more important. Whether it is a relaxing treatment, a dance class, gym session, a yoga or Pilates class,
