Best Letting Agent in Lincolnshire! But what are the ESTAS…? The ESTAS are the Estate Agent of the Year awards, which is an annual nationwide event. This year, they were held ‘virtually’ and we are delighted to have been announced as winners! Their mission is to highlight great service provided by different firms in the residential property sector. Who votes towards the awards? The awards are based on genuine customer reviews; therefore, we thank each and every one of our landlords and tenants for voting for us. Property transactions are unlike any other retail transaction, so it is critical that reviews are submitted by clients who have gone through a full service experience. Their strict verification process ensures new clients can trust their reviews.

What are our aims for next year? To maintain our status as the Best Letting Agent in Lincolnshire and continue to provide a high level of service to all our landlords and tenants. Can you change your Letting Agent? Yes, you can! Many landlords believe that, to change agents, you must wait until the end of an existing tenancy, which is not the case. A tenancy agreement is a contract between the landlord and the tenant; changing agent does not affect the legal rights of either. If a Letting Agent has not been delivering on service, it is likely that the tenant will be pleased that the management is changing, and they may be more likely to stay in the property longer. Once you have given your agent written notice that you would like to leave, we will take it from there!
