M. Majid Halim Ambassadeur de SM le Roi en Guinée Ambassador of HM the King in Guinea M. Majid Halim est né le 17 juin 1960 à Strasbourg. Titulaire d’un diplôme de l’Ecole Nationale d’Administration Publique à Rabat, section diplomatique et consulaire, promotion 1985, il est également diplômé du Centre d’Etudes Diplomatiques et Stratégiques de Paris (1989). En 1985, il regagne le Ministère des Affaires étrangères et de la Coopération en tant que Secrétaire à la Direction des Organisations internationales. Puis, en 1987, il est désigné attaché économique près de l’Ambassade du Maroc en France. En 1993, M. Halim a occupé le poste de Conseiller culturel près de l’Ambassade du Royaume du Maroc en Belgique. Il a été nommé Chef de Division des Affaires Culturelles et Scientifiques en 2004, et Consul Général à Rennes en 2005.
Mr. Majid Halim was born on June 17, 1960 in Strasbourg. A graduate of the National School of Public Administration in Rabat, diplomatic and consular section, year 1985, and graduate of the Centre for Diplomatic and Strategic Studies in Paris in 1989. He joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation in 1985 as Secretary at the Department of International Organizations. He was appointed Economic Attaché at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in France in 1987. In 1993, Mr. Halim served as Cultural Counsellor at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Belgium. He was nominated Head of Division of Cultural and Scientific Affairs in 2004, and Consul General in Rennes in 2005.
Mohieddine Kadiri Boutchiche Ambassadeur de SM le Roi au Tchad Ambassador of HM the King in Chad M. El Kadiri Boutchiche est né en 1958 à Oujda. Ayant un Doctorat de 3ème Cycle en droit public, il intègre, en 1989, le Ministère des Affaires étrangères et de la Coopération pour devenir en 1993, Premier Secrétaire à l’Ambassade du Maroc à Qatar. En 1999, il rentre au service central pour devenir Chef de Service des Questions du Désarmement et de la Sécurité Internationale à la Directions des Nations Unies et des Organisations Internationales. En 2003, il devient Conseiller auprès de la Mission Permanente du Maroc à Vienne, puis Conseiller auprès de la Mission Permanente du Maroc à New York. Depuis 2005, M. Kadiri Boutchiche est Consul Général du Royaume du Maroc à Milan.
Mr. El Kadiri Boutchiche was born in 1958 in Oujda. Holder of a PhD in public law, he joined in 1989 the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation to become in 1993, First Secretary at the Embassy of Morocco in Qatar. In 1999, he returned to the Central Department to become Head of Department of Disarmament Issues and International Security at the Division of the United Nations and international organizations. In 2003, he became Counsellor at the Permanent Mission of Morocco in Vienna, then Counsellor to the Permanent Mission of Morocco in New York. Since 2005, Mr. Kadiri is Consul General of the Kingdom of Morocco in Milan.
M. Lahcen Sail Ambassadeur de SM le Roi au Cameroun Ambassador of HM the King in Cameroun M. Lahcen Sail est né en 1956. Titulaire d’une licence en Sciences Politiques, d’un Certificat de l’Académie du Droit International de La Haye ainsi d’un diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures en Sciences Politiques. Il a entamé ses fonctions au ministère des Affaires étrangères et de la Coopération en tant que Conseiller (1986). En 1989, il a occupé le poste de Second à l’Ambassade du Royaume du Maroc en Roumanie. M. Sail a été Chef de la Division de la Presse à la Direction de la Communication du ministère des Affaires Etrangères et de la Coopération. De 2001 à 2006 il a été désigné Second auprès de plusieurs Ambassades du Royaume du Maroc, notamment l’Egypte, le Liban et les Emirats Arabe Unis. En 2006, il est Chef de la Division de l’Union du Maghreb Arabe.
Mr. Lahcen Sail was born in 1956. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences, a certificate from the Academy of International Law in The Hague session and a Postgraduate Diploma in Political Sciences. He started at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation as Counsellor (1986). In 1989, he was Second at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Romania. Mr. Sail was Head of Press Division at the Department of Communication - Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. From 2001 to 2006 he was appointed second at many Embassies of the Kingdom of Morocco, namely Egypt, Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates.
