MALAISIE S.E.Mme. Astanah Banu Binti Shri ABDUL AZIZ Mme Astanah Abdul Aziz a rejoint la fonction publique malaisienne en 1996. Elle était Directrice générale adjointe du Secrétariat national de l’ANASE-Malaisie depuis 2014 avant sa nomination en tant qu’Ambassadeur de Malaisie auprès du Royaume du Maroc. Auparavant, elle a été ministre conseillère à l’Ambassade de Malaisie à Paris (France) de 2009 à 2012 et conseillère à l’Ambassade de Malaisie à Séoul (République de Corée) de 2007 à 2009. Mme Astanah Abdul Aziz a servi en tant que Premier Secrétaire à la Mission permanente de la Malaisie auprès des Nations Unies à New York de 2001 à 2005. Ms. Astanah Abdul Aziz joined the Malaysian Public Service in 1996. She was the Deputy Director General of ASEAN-Malaysia National Secretariat since 2014 prior to her appointment as Ambassador of Malaysia to the Kingdom of Morocco. She was previously the Minister Counsellor at the Embassy of Malaysia in Paris, France from 2009 to 2012 and Counsellor at the Embassy of Malaysia in Seoul, Republic of Korea from 2007 to 2009. Ms. Astanah Abdul Aziz had also served as First Secretary at the Permanent Mission of Malaysia to the United Nations in New York, from 2001 to 2005.

Après un premier semestre universitaire au Libéria, il continue ses études en ingéniérie aéronautique aux Etats-Unis où il décroche le Bachelor en 1972 par l’Aérospace Institute de Chicago. Il a ensuite obtenu un certificat en économie de gestion du transport aérien du Massachussets Instute of Technology. Sa carrière professionnelle est très riche : Président de la société de consulting “Williams International Inc”, Senior Analyst chez Lockheed-Georgia Company, Directeur Régional de ‘World Airways Inc”, Directeur Nigeria de Pan American World Airways et ingénieur en normes de vol pour le Gouvernement du Libéria. En 2006, il a été nommé Directeur Général de l’Autorité de l’Aviation Civlie du Libéria (LCAA). Mr. Richelieu A. Williams was born on 16th December 1945 in Harper, Maryland (Liberia). After the first semester in a University in Liberia, he continued his studies in aeronautical engineering in the United States where he obtained a Bachelors degree from the Aerospace Institute of Chicago in 1972. He subsequently obtained a certificate in the Economics of Air Transport Management from the Massachussets Institute of Technology. His professional carrier is vast: President of the “Williams International Inc” consultancy firm, Senior Analyst with Lockheed-Georgia Company, Regional Director of ‘World Airways Inc”, Nigeria Director of Pan American World Airways and flight standards engineer for the Liberian Government.
