JORDANIE S.E.M. Hazim Issam AL KHATIB ATTAMIMI Né le 6 décembre 1968, Hazim Issam Al Khatib Attamimi a obtenu un diplôme en éducation langue anglaise de l’Université Shems du Caire en 1990. Il rejoint le Ministère des Affaires Etrangères en 1991. Son parcours professionnel à l’étranger démarre à l’Ambassade de Jordanie en Syrie puis au Koweit (19992003). L’année suivante, il intègre l’ambassade de son pays à Santiago (Chili) jusqu’en 2009 où il est nommé Directeur Adjoint puis, en 2014, Directeur du Protocole à l’administration centrale jusqu’en 2017. Il a été décoré de la médaille de l’indépendance de Jordanie première classe la même année. Il est nommé, en Novembre 2017, Ambassadeur de son pays au Royaume du Maroc. Born on 6th December 1968, Hazim Issam Al Khatib Attamimi obtained a degree in English Language Education from Ain Shams University of Cairo in 1990. He joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1991. His overseas career began at the Embassy of Jordan in Syria and then in Kuwait (1999-2003). The following year, he joined his country’s embassy in Santiago (Chile) until 2009 when he was appointed as the Deputy Director. He was appointed as the Director of Protocol at the Headquarters in 2014 and served in this capacity until 2017. He was decorated with the First Class Jordanian Medal of Independence in the same year. In November 2017, he was appointed as his country’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Morocco.
PALESTINE S.E.M. Jamal AL SHOBAKI Né le 30 mai 1952, M. Jamal Al-Shobaki est titulaire d’un Diplôme en Etudes régionales de l’Université Al-Quds en 1997, et également d’un BA en Géographie de l’Université de Beyrouth au Liban. Il a été successivement Ministre des Gouvernements locaux et de l’Etat de Palestine de 2003 à 2005, et Président du Comité des élections locales et de l’Etat de Palestine de 2004 à 2006. De 2006 à 2013, il fut Ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire de l’Etat de Palestine auprès du Royaume d’Arabie Saoudite, et Représentant permanent auprès de la coopération islamique dans la même période. De 2014 à octobre 2017, il a été Représentant permanent de l’Etat de Palestine auprès de la Ligue des Etats arabes, et Ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire de l’Etat de Palestine en République arabe d’Egypte de 2014 à 2017. Born on 30th May 1952, Mr. Jamal Al-Shobaki obtained a degree in Regional Studies from Al-Quds University in 1997. He also obtained a BA in Geography from the University of Beirut in Lebanon. He was successively Minister of Local Governments of the State of Palestine from 2003 to 2005, and President of the Committee for Local Elections of the State of Palestine from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2013, he was Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Permanent Representative to the Organization for Islamic Cooperation during the same period. From 2014 to 2017, he was Permanent Representative of the State of Palestine to the League of Arab States, and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine to the Arab Republic of Egypt from 2014 to 2017. 22 - DIPLOMATICA 83 | 2018
