M. Moha Ouali Tagma, que SM le Roi Mohammed VI a nommé nouvel ambassadeur du Maroc en République du Nigeria est né le 9 janvier 1954 à Ifrane. Après avoir obtenu son diplôme de l’ENA à Rabat, il rejoint les affaires étrangères en 1981. En 1983, il est nommé chargé d’affaires à l’ambassade à Malabo puis, en 1987, chargé d’affaires au Gabon. En 1989, il devient conseiller à la direction Europe-Amérique et en 1990, il est affecté en tant que conseiller à la Mission du Maroc auprès de l’ONU à Genève. En 2003, il est nommé ambassadeur au Sénégal, jusqu’en 2008 où il est nommé ambassadeur en Pologne. De retour au Maroc en février 2013, il est nommé ambassadeur, directeur des affaires africaines au ministère des Affaires étrangères et de la Coopération.
Mme Lamia Radi, que SM le Roi Mohammed VI a nommée ambassadeur du Maroc au Royaume de Norvège et en République d’Islande, est née en 1968 à Rabat. Mme Radi est titulaire d’un doctorat en sciences politiques de l’institut d’études politiques de Paris. Elle a entamé sa carrière professionnelle en 1998 comme conseillère technique du ministre de l’Agriculture et de la pêche maritime, avant de rejoindre les Affaires étrangères en tant que conseillère du ministre, en 2000, en comme chargée des affaires culturelles au sein de l’ambassade à Paris, en 2005. Entre 2007 et 2009, elle a occupé le poste de directrice à l’Institut royal des études stratégiques. En 2011, elle a été nommée directrice chargée de la coopération et des affaires culturelles. Elle a été représentante du chef du gouvernement auprès du secrétaire général de l’OIF.
Mr. Moha Ouali Tagma, whom His Majesty the King Mohammed VI appointed as the new Ambassador of Morocco to the Republic of Nigeria was born on 9th January 1954 in Ifrane. After obtaining his degree from the National School of Administration in Rabat, he joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1981. In 1983, he was appointed chargé d’affaires at the embassy in Malabo and then, in 1987, chargé d’affaires in Gabon. In 1989, he became counsellor at the Europe-America Office and in 1990, he was appointed as counsellor of the Moroccan Mission to the UN in Geneva. In 2003, he was appointed Ambassador to Senegal, until 2008 when he was appointed Ambassador to Poland. On returning to Morocco in February 2013, he was appointed Ambassador, director of African Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.
Mrs Lamia Radi, whom His Majesty the King Mohammed VI appointed Ambassador of Morocco to the Kingdom of Norway and to the Republic of Iceland, was born in 1968 in Rabat. Madam Radi obtained a doctorate degree in Political Sciences from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris. She began her professional career in 1998 as technical adviser to the Minister for Agriculture and Maritime Fisheries, before joing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Counsellor to the Minister, in 2000, and as chargée des affaires of cultural affairs at the embassy in Paris, in 2005. From 2007 to 2009, she served as director of the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies. In 2011, she was appointed as director in charge of Cooperation and Cultural Affairs. She was a representative of the Head of Government to the Secretary General of the OIF.
