Ont été également décorés du même Wissam, Bouchra Bibanou, alpiniste ayant pu atteindre le sommet de la plus haute montagne en Amérique du Nord, Meriem Baraja, alpiniste marocaine ayant escaladé les plus hautes montagnes d’Europe et d’Australie, Nadia Benbahtane, nageuse qui a pu en 2015 traverser le détroit de Gibraltar, Hassan Baraka, nageur ayant effectué la traversée entre plusieurs continents à la nage libre, et Lina Benkhraba, cavalière, championne des jeux équestres. SM le Roi a également décoré du Wissam Al Moukafaa Al Wataniya de quatrième classe (chevalier) Said Mouskir, chanteur, Saad Lamjered, chanteur, Oum El Ghit Ben Sahraoui, chanteuse, Mohamed Jbara, compositeur et producteur, Mohamed Mezouri, connu sous le nom de Mouslim, chanteur du RAP, Said Achibane (HNaime) chanteur de rap, Nabila Maâane, chanteuse, Ahmed Soltane, chanteur, Amine Tamiri (Aminux), chanteur de rap. Le Souverain a, par la suite, été salué par plusieurs personnalités du monde de la science et de la culture, qui ont remis au Souverain certains de leurs ouvrages. Il s’agit de MM. Mohamed Amine Sbihi, Ministre de la Culture et Abdelhak Lamrini, historiographe du Royaume, porte-parole du Palais Royal, président du Comité scientifique de l’université de Moulay Ali Cherif, qui ont remis à Sa Majesté le Roi un ouvrage en arabe intitulé “Sidi Mohamed Ben Youssef de l’allégeance à l’appel du Sultan de 1939”. Il s’agit également de MM. Mohamed El Kettani, Chargé de mission au Cabinet Royal et Mostapha El Ktiri, Haut-Commissaire aux anciens résistants et anciens membres de l'armée de libération. Il s'agit de même de M. Ahmed Chaouki Binbine, directeur de la Bibliothèque Hassania, de Mme Bahija Simou, directrice des archives Royales et Hassan El Figuigui, professeur universitaire, ancien professeur au Collège Royal. Le Souverain a aussi été salué par Mohamed Zinedine, professeur de droit constitutionnel à l’Université Hassan II à Casablanca et Mme Karima Yathribi, professeur de la littérature française à l’université Mohammed V de Rabat. M. Hamid El Hasnaoui, cavalier, M. Ibrahim Lahnit, professeur-chercheur à l’université Charles De Gaulles à Lille (France), M. Abdelaziz Laaroussi, cadre au Cabinet Royal, M.
