n 1963, elle fut la première ambassadrice du Royaume du Maroc à avoir foulé le sol de la République Populaire de Chine, aux lendemains de l’Indépendance du Maroc et de l’établissement des relations diplomatiques entre les deux pays en 1958. Madame Khadija Zniber se souvient, après plus de 50 ans, de la sociabilité et de l’esprit d’ouverture des Chinois. «Ce fut un accueil très chaleureux par le Peuple Chinois à notre arrivée. Ils nous ont reçus les bras ouverts, avec un large sourire», a indiqué l’ambassadrice, rappelant que «les Chinois étaient déjà très aimables, courtois et disciplinés». Un comportement fondé sur la tradition chinoise: «la Chine est une Nation où toutes les valeurs humaines de sincérité, de fraternité et de respect retrouvent tout leur poids». Durant son séjour en tant qu’épouse du Premier Ambassadeur du Maroc en Chine, Madame Khadija Zniber a eu à rencontrer plusieurs personnalités chinoises qui ont marqué l’histoire contemporaine de la Chine. Arrive en première position, le Président Fondateur de la République Populaire de Chine, l’illustre Président Mao TséTung, que Madame Zniber a rencontré 4 fois. Mme Zniber garde également un souvenir ému du Ministre chinois des Affaires Etrangères, le très célèbre ZHOU Enlai, initiateur de la visite historique du Président américain à Pékin. «Il mangeait chez nous comme avec sa propre famille. Il aimait d’ailleurs le couscous sucré «Tfaya» (oignons/raisins), qu’il mangeait toujours avec des baguettes», a-t-elle confié, le sourire aux lèvres. 30 Chine/Maroc - 2013

Mrs. Khadija Zniber remembers, after more than 50 years, the Chinese’s sociability and mind-openness. «we were very warmly welcomed by the Chinese people at our arrival. They received us with open arms, and a broad smile», pointed out the Ambassadress, recalling that «the Chinese were already very friendly, courteous and disciplined». Behavior based on the Chinese tradition: «China is a Nation where all human values of sincerity, brotherhood and respect are strongly highlighted». During her stay as the wife of the First Ambassador of Morocco to China, Mrs. Khadija Zniber had to meet many Chinese dignitaries who marked China’s contemporary history. The first was the Founding President of the People’s Republic of China, the illustrious President Mao Tse-Tung, whom she met 4 times. She has also memories of the Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs, the famous ZHOU Enlai, initiator of the historical visit of the American President in Beijing. «He ate with us as with his own family. He also loved the sweet couscous «Tfaya» (onions/raisins), which he always ate with chopsticks», she said smiling.
