L’instrumentalisation du discours religieux Répondant à la question posée par M. Habek, Président de la Fondation Diplomatique, sur la problématique de l’instrumentalisation du discours religieux par certains partis politiques, Mustapha Bakkoury rappelle que «la Constitution interdit aux partis politiques de se constituer sur la base de considérations religieuses, raciales ou régionales». Et ce, «pour préserver cette pluralité culturelle du Maroc», indique-t-il, défendant que «cela induit en erreur les citoyens», alors que le rôle des partis politiques est de «se pencher sur les priorités et les préoccupations du peuple», conclu-t-il. Allant dans le même sens, Mohamed Tamaldou estime que «ce moyen pour s’attirer la sympathie politique» est dangereux. L’accent doit être mis sur «les programmes et stratégies pouvant garantir un meilleur avenir aux citoyens».

On the implementation of the provisions of the Constitution The Ambassador of Palestine, having thanked the Diplomatic Foundation for this debate, praised Morocco for all the reforms undertaken for the consolidation of the democratic Action, initiated by His Majesty King Mohammed VI. Reforms crowned by the adoption of the new Constitution which, according to him, is a source of hope. Thus, noting a slow progress in implementing the provisions of the Constitution, the Ambassador of Palestine wanted to know the responsible entities behind this slowness.As a reply to this question, the Secretaries General of the Opposition parties evoke the Government’s delay in setting up the organic laws, even if they consider that the implementation of the provisions of the Constitution must be the responsibility of all parties, both of the opposition and the majority.
