ROMANIAN DELEGATION VISIT TO ETHIOPIA: A LANDMARK IN BILATERAL RELATION On the landmark occasion of the World Tourism Conference and African Investment Conference, a top ranking delegation, from Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation, was invited for a discovery tour of Ethiopia, the receiver of this year most influential tourism designation. The visit took place between 9 to 16 July, 2015 and included an important political and diplomatic dimension. Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation President Professor Dr. Anton Caragea was holding discussions with Minister of TradeYaekob Yalla, Minister of Foreign Affairs -Berhane Gebre-Christos and Ministers of Culture and Tourism of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and an inclusive and profusely dialogue with Prime Minister of F.D.R. Ethiopia- Academician Hailemariam Desalegn.

The inclusive dialogue, concentrated on promoting bilateral trade, investment and economic cooperation, supporting business people and firms, from both regions, in cooperating and promoting the exchange of techniques, skills and economic goods.

On diplomatic arena an ample cooperation and further developing of honorary consul’s network across the world, was established, with a view to foster tourism, cultural and economic cooperation. Creating a network of Ambassadors for Tourism and Culture, promoting tourism and the image of Ethiopia, where also tabled, based on other successful examples of actions carved by Institute Ethiopia government headed by Prime Ministerof International Relations and EcoAcademician Hailemariam Desalegn and nomic Cooperation. Romanian delegation headed by IRICE PresidentOn July 10, 2015 the IRICE President Professor Dr. Anton Caragea. presented the main speech of the world tourism ceremony titled: Ethiopia-the land chosen by God! Senator Ionel Agrigoroaei, the leader in efficiency of Romanian Parliament, announced that: after receiving the letter destined to World Leaders of Tourism- Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn will be decorated with Romanian Parliament Medal.

ROMANIAN DELEGATION VISIT TO ETHIOPIA: A LANDMARK IN BILATERAL RELATION

” From 10th July

2015, the Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation President and his delegation embarked in a cultural and tourism program visiting: Axum, the first capital of Christian Africa and the centre of a world power in 100 to 400 BC, that controlled trade across the Red Sea.″

The world tourism ceremony included also folk dances, Ethiopian traditional coffee ceremony and academic presentations, supported by leading figures of Ethiopian cultural establishment. The ceremony was live broadcasted and viewed by more than 200 million television viewers and will continued to be presented across Europe for the next year. Specially for the delegates, were opened the gates of the imperial museum, containing the priceless treasures of Ethiopian emperors from garments, to crowns adorned with jewels and the robes used for imperial investiture. From Axum, the old imperial city, the delegation lead by IRICE President Anton Caragea has being directed to Gondar, the capital of Ethiopia from XVII century to XIX century. Here they have a chance to admire the fiery Amharic dances, in a wonderful welcoming ceremony, offered by the local authorities, enjoyed the fabulous gondarine cuisine at famous Four sisters’ restaurant and toured the imperial city.

ROMANIAN DELEGATION VISIT TO ETHIOPIA: A LANDMARK IN BILATERAL RELATION

” The Romanian

delegation official visit to Ethiopia, is a sign of the country inclusive development, political, clout and prominence in Africa, and a mark of the country taking the rightful place that is deserves, amidst the most cultural and historical developed country in the world, concluded his remarks, IRICE President Professor Dr. Anton Caragea.″

Gondar is also world renamed for his architecture and for housing almost ten emperors, in a period of glory for Abyssinia, as Ethiopia was known in that time. Garnering Portuguese influence, with Indian and English architectural designs, Gondar is nicknamed as African Camelot for his strange, but perfect architecture. Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation delegates were received with a religious ceremony in Lalibela, the holiest Christian city in Africa, and the second Jerusalem, as in worldly known. More than 5000 pilgrims, priests and deacons, welcomed President Dr. Anton Caragea and offered to him and his delegation, special ceremonial robes, to mark their entrance in the holy city. On this occasion, IRICE President Anton Caragea held his gratitude speech known as: To the People of Lalibela, a discourse that quickly captured the imagination of the inhabitants of Lalibela.

An impressive tour of six of the eleven rock-hewn churches was conducted, including the famous grave of Saint Lalibela, the church of Medhane Alem (Our Saviour) and Holy Cross Church. In the final leg of the trip, Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation President and his party were treated with a wonderful welcoming to the bustling and sunny south of Ethiopia and with his famous Lake District city of Hawassa.

The delegates were welcomed to music and a fire display by the Head of Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples Regional State of Ethiopia and enjoyed a tour of Lake Hawassa, a discovery of the city landmarks and a special night show that touched their hearts. A special surprised was offered by HE. Minister of Culture and Tourism of Ethiopia, Amin Abdulkadir who arranged, for IRICE President Dr. Anton Caragea delegation, a special discovery tour of Harar-the fourth most holy Islamic site.The city comprises more than 82 mosques and 4000 saints tombs known in the Islamic world as Medinat Al Awliya- the city of saints and a UNESCO heritage site. The delegates were welcomed with a coffee ceremony and a tour of famous city enclosure, known as Jugal, and a visit to famous French poet Arthur Rimbaud house in Harar. The visit, to extraordinary city of Harar, was a perfect gift for our delegates, appreciated Professor Dr. Anton Caragea. H.E. MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF KAZAKHSTAN RECEIVE THE PARLIAMENT MEDAL FOR PROMOTING ROMANIANKAZAKHSTAN FRIENDSHIP Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan- Erlan Idrissov has received ROMANIAN PARLIAMENT MEDAL for his role in fostering the bilateral relations between the two countries and for supporting international monitoring missions, supervising the electoral process in Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan Minister of Foreign Affairs receives ROMANIAN PARLIAMENT MEDAL for his role in promoting the bilateral cooperation. The official document outlines the fact that, among the reason for the great honor, where counted: the irreproachable organization of the Early Presidential Elections held in Kazakhstan on 26 April 2015 and for the pivotal role of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan in contributing to the international presence of more than 1.000 foreign monitors. Under the scrutiny of more than 1.000 international observers, it was clear that: the verdict of international community for the Early Presidential Elections in Kazakhstan can be only one: free and fair and respecting international standards. The awarding of the MEDAL was also motivated by the: appreciation of Minister Idrissov exertions and role in fostering the democratic process in Kazakhstan Presidential Elections and for determination in promoting the Romania-Kazakhstan relations. We must not that: the latest receiver of the MEDAL was European Parliament President-Jerzy Buzek. Professor Dr. Anton Caragea, President of IRICE concluded the decoration ceremony noting: congratulating Minister Erlan Idrissov for receiving this exceptional sign of honor and appreciation for his activities, we express our determination in working further for the development of Romania-Kazakhstan relations and cooperation.

EUROPEAN TOURISM ORGANIZATION GENERAL MEETING WILL BE HELD IN BUCHAREST Increased regional cooperation, visa facilitation and the better promotion of European tourism are some of the topics in focus at the 8th Meeting of the European Tourism organization-ECTT to be held in Bucharest, Romania, 25-26 June 2015. Europe is the world’s most visited region and is the main source of outbound tourism to other destination, accounting for more than half of the world’s international travelers. In 2014, international tourism in Europe had registered a major contribution to the economic recovery in the region: international tourist arrivals grew by 3% to reach a record 584 million, while international tourism receipts increased by 4% contributing US$ 509 billion (383 billion euro) to the European economies. The 8th Meeting of the European Tourism organization will be held at the Romanian parliament and Professor Dr. Anton Caragea-President Director general of IRICE and President -elect of European Tourism will play host to representatives from 30 European countries and other tourism stakeholders in the region to discuss policy priorities and set the agenda for ECTT in the world in 2015-2016.

The Romanian Parliament Medal was entrusted to the leader of Ethiopia for his record in promoting peace and international cooperation, fostering development in his country and promoting Ethiopia as a world leader in tourism, culture and heritage protection.″

CEREMONY FOR OFFERING ROMANIAN PARLAMENT MEDAL FOR ETHIOPIA`S PRIME MINISTER

Ceremony for decorating H.E. Academician Hailemariam Desalegn, Prime Minister of Ethiopia with Romanian Parliament Medal On 10 July 2015 on a special ceremony, in the presence of the Government of Federal Republic of Ethiopia, ambassadors accredited to the country and representatives of different international organizations, H.E. Hailemariam Desalegn-Prime Minister of Ethiopia received the Romanian Parliament Medal for his outstanding merits in international diplomacy. The Romanian Parliament Medal was entrusted to the leader of Ethiopia for his record in promoting peace and international cooperation, fostering development in his country and promoting Ethiopia as a world leader in tourism, culture and heritage protection. The Romanian Parliament Medal was offered to the Prime Minister of Ethiopia in a public ceremony by Hon. Senator Ionel Agrigoroaei , Secretary of National Defense and Public Order Committee of Romania and Economic, Industry and Services Committee member of Romanian Parliament. We must also mention that senator Ionel Agrigoroaei was elected in 2013 and 2014 as leader of activity of Romanian Parliament for his profusely activity on parliament arena. The latest world international personality, receiver of Romanian Parliament Medal was Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan-H.E. Erlan Idrissov for his role in promoting free and fair international election monitoring into his country, the proposal and the final decision was taken by President Professor Dr. Anton Caragea.

ROMANIAN TEAM HAS SUPERVISED KAZAKHSTAN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS 26 APRIL 2015 THE ROMANIAN VERDICT: FREE AND FAIR

H.E. Professor Dr. Anton Caragea, President Director General of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation meets the international press in Almaty, unveiling the election monitoring mission results On 8th May 2015, has taken place the ceremony for official handover, of the Final Election Monitoring Report for Early Presidential Elections in Kazakhstan held on 26 April 2015. The report was compiled by Romanian delegation, lead by President General Director of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation of Romania, Professor Dr. Anton Caragea. The report had analyzed the pre-election legal framework, the provisions of electoral laws and regulations and the constitutional requirements and the international obligations assumed by Kazakhstan and concluded the elections preparation had fully complied with the legal, constitutional and international standards and the prerequisite factors for free and fair elections compatible with transparency and democratic standards are in place in Kazakhstan. Between 22 to 29 April 2015 a Romanian delegation had monitored the electoral process in Kazakhstan. The delegation headed by Professor Dr. Anton Caragea-President General Director of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation was comprised amongst others by Chairman of Senate Committee on Romanians Abroad-Senator Marcel Dumitru Bujor, the academic director-Professor Mircea Constantinescu and a number of electoral supervisors. The delegation had monitored the Kazakhstan electoral process and the team directed by Professor Dr. Anton Caragea was deployed to south Kazakhstan regions of: Almaty, Chimkent and Turkistan. The elections benefited from an impressive presence to the poll of over 95% percent of the electorate and the winner was the incumbent president Nursultan Nazarbayev, with more than 8 millions legally expressed votes. The conclusion of the Final Report was that Kazakhstan elections where fully in agreement with internal laws and international standards, being classified as an example of transparency, organization and massive electoral participation. All this factors are self evident manifestations of the Kazakh people trust in the electoral system, in free and fair and transparent electoral process and most of all in people satisfaction with the national economic and political system. This satisfaction has being the catalyst of a huge electoral participation. The overwhelming vote, in favor of incumbent president, was a predictable one as a supporting vote for stability, continuity and economic and democratic development.

ROMANIAN TEAM HAS SUPERVISED KAZAKHSTAN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS FROM 26 APRIL 2015 THE VERDICT: FREE AND FAIR ELECTIONS The Republic of Kazakhstan can consider, on good reasons, that his transition towards democracy was favorable concluded with 26 April 2015 election.

The country can be classified as a functional democracy, that can accede in the future, to the status of consolidated democracy, had declared Professor Dr. Anton Caragea. The final report was then officially entrusted to Kazakhstan Ambassador- H.E. Daulet Batrashev, together with the electoral monitoring group congratulations. Afterwards, the electoral monitoring body has outlined practical recommendations for future improvements in the electoral process and offered examples from their monitoring experiences, to be used as a template for declaring in the future Kazakhstan as a consolidated functional democracy.

ETHIOPIAN-ROMANIAN DIPLOMATIC DIALOGUE Today 9 July 2015, The President of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation-Professor Dr. Anton Caragea participated in a consultation session with State Minister of Foreign Affairs of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia-Berhane Gebre Christos, during the President official visit to Addis Ababa, at the invitation of the Ethiopian Prime Minister. The two personalities expressed satisfaction at the excellent bilateral relationship, and by the frequent high level visits. Professor Dr. Anton Caragea underlined that keeping the intense pace of this dialogue was a priority and declared that it would further enhance the bilateral relationship, including by identifying new sectorial cooperation opportunities. In his turn, Ethiopian Minister appreciated the dynamics of bilateral cultural and economic relations. Minister Berhane Gebre Christos recalled the very important role of the Romanian lobby for his country in international organization and for Ethiopia being nominated as WORLD BEST TOURIST DESTINATION FOR 2015 an action that will have a significant contribution to his country’s economic development. “I thanked Professor Dr. Anton Caragea for the support that the Romanian personalities provide for the Ethiopian world stage profile and for supporting my countries initiative in the world and the region”, stated Berhane Gebre Christos. The Ethiopian official also thanked President Dr. Anton Caragea for its constant and sustained support that it provides Ethiopia for the latter’s accession to the tourism structures, World Best Tourist Destination and World Capital of Culture and Tourism international competitions and expressed confidence that President Dr. Anton Caragea would further support Ethiopia, in view of a positive decision in this file. There was also an exchange of views on matters of interest on the international agenda, economic cooperation, cultural and diplomatic strengthening of ties.

IRAQ AMBASSADOR VISITS TARGOVISTE

” On 12 February 2015, at the invitation of Professor Dr. Anton Caragea, President Director General of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation (IRICE) H.E. Omer BerzinjiIraq Ambassador to Romania and his delegation where invited to visit Dambovita county, in order to analyze the economic, tourist and investment opportunities of the region. We are recalling our readers that: in September 2014, Professor Dr. Anton Caragea had decided to include the city of Targoviste in the diplomatic program of IRICE: Discover Romania! ″

On 12 February 2015, at the invitation of Professor Dr. Anton Caragea, President Director General of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation (IRICE) H.E. Omer Berzinji- Iraq Ambassador to Romania and his delegation where invited to visit Dambovita county, in order to analyze the economic, tourist and investment opportunities of the region. We are recalling our readers that: in September 2014, Professor Dr. Anton Caragea had decided to include the city of Targoviste in the diplomatic program of IRICE: Discover Romania! During his visit, Ambassador Omer Berzinji presented, to the academic community of Valahia University of Targoviste, a conference destined to outline the main elements of today’s situation of Iraq, to present the main figures of anti-terror conflict that is raging in the country and to emphasize the image of better and united Iraq of tomorrow. On the rostrum, Professor Dr. Anton Caragea-IRICE Chairman had on his turn presented a paper on the Diplomatic Relations between Iraq and Romania (1919-2015) and outlined the main historical phases of the bilateral relations in the last century.

In the concluding moments of the conference, at the proposal of Valahia University Rector-Professor Dr. Calin Oros, a thanking vote was addressed to H.E. Ambassador Omer Berzinji and Professor Dr. Anton Caragea for their presentations. After the conference Ambassador Omer Berzinji and his team from the embassy and Professor Dr. Anton Caragea enjoyed a presentation of the regional opportunities. Ambassador Omer Berzinji visited the main landmarks and historical and cultural monuments of the region such as: Valahia University, Princes Palace of Targoviste, Chindiei Tower, Dealu Monastery etc and the Revolution Museum with the place of execution of former President of Romania-Nicolae Ceausescu was specially opened for his visit and also enjoyed a trip to hotels, lodging facilities and economic objectives of the county. A special dinner in the honour of the high guests was offered by the authorities of the region and also a complex musical program that garnered the main figures of singers and actors of the county.In the concluding remarks of his visit H.E. Omer Berzinji- Iraq Ambassador had assessed the regional potential as a powerful driving force for local development and underlined the necessity for strengthening the relations in the sphere of economy and university cooperation between the regions of Iraq and Dambovita county and express his heartily felt gratitude for Professor Dr. Anton Caragea, Chairman of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation for a perfect carved visit.

CITY OF TARGOVISTE IS REGISTERED AS AN CULTURAL POINT IN “DISCOVER ROMANIA” DIPLOMATIC TRIPS PROGRAM In the period between 25 to 26 September 2014, at the invitation of local authorities, Professor Dr. Anton Caragea, Chairman of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation (IRICE) and Senator Ionel Agrigoroaei, from the Economic Committee of Romanian Parliament had visited the Dambovita county in order to analyze the economic, tourist and investment opportunities of the region and to evaluate the inclusion of city of Targoviste in the diplomatic program of IRICE: Discover Romania!

lighted the enormous agricultural, industrial and economic opportunities of the Targoviste region. The local authorities of the region, asked Professor Dr. Anton Caragea-IRICE Chairman to support the promotion and presentation of the regional opportunities in order to reshuffle the economic profile of Targoviste. In the last span of time, IRICE had organized diplomatic visits in areas such as: Bucovina, Maramures, Hunedoara-Hateg, Danube Delta etc. the visit having City of Targoviste is the former capital of Kingdom of Romanian Lands from XIII century to XVI century and is as visible economic results. On 29 September 2014, has taken place the protocol and taking office meeting between Prof. Dr. Anton Caragea, Chairman of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation and H.E. Fuad Kokaly, Ambassador of State of Palestine. Opening the protocol meeting, Prof. Dr. Anton Caragea expressed his decision to meet, from the first moment, the Ambassador of State of Palestine in sign of appreciation for the long and common history between Romania and Palestine and emphasized the fact that Romania was the first non-Arab country to recognize Palestine Liberation Organization, as the legitimate representative of Palestinian people and in 1988 to recognize the State of Palestine. H.E. Ambassador Fuad Kokaly presented the latest achievements in bilateral relations and hopes for building new bridges of cooperation between Romania and Palestine. The main issue tabled during the dialogue was related to: developing educational and university cooperation between the two countries, accepting more Palestinian students in Romanian higher education system on the bases of independent financial contribution. Other issues highlighted where: opening in Romania a Palestinian financial institution in order to support the developing of bilateral economic relation, supporting tourism development and fostering the positive image of Palestinian realities in Romanian mass-media. The parties had appreciated that between Romanian and Palestine there are large areas of common interests, designed to forge a good understanding between the two nations. The open and fruitful dialogue had continued on concrete aspects and analyses of economic, political and cultural bilateral relations and on ways of fostering this cooperation on to the future.

OFFICIAL EXCHANGES OF MESSAGES BETWEEN BAGHDAD AND BUCHAREST Romania-Iraq relationship is growing rapidly, with the exertions of diplomats from the two countries. On 2 of October 2014, H. E. Ambassador of Iraq-Omer Berzinji had entrusted upon H. E. Professor Dr. Anton Caragea the official thanking note of H.E. President Fuad Masum of Iraq in response to the congratulation message for his election as president, offered by Chairman of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation-Dr. Anton Caragea. We highlight the fact that: is the first ever message of election validity recognition, offered for a country in the Middle East region and the first such high level message after a two decades hiatus in the Romania-Iraq bilateral relationship. The Chairman of Romanian Senate Energy and Transport Committee, Vice-President-Florin Constantinescu emphasized the economic significance of the Kazakhstan presence, as the key player on Romanian energy market, by the investments projects of KazMunayGaz. Today’s Kazakhstan is the strategic investor in the energy sector and the second foreign investor in Romania’s economy. ROMANIA-EGYPT ECONOMIC COOPERATION AT THE CENTER OF BILATERAL DIALOGUE On 28 of October 2014 the taking office, protocol meeting, between Prof. Dr. Anton Caragea, President General-Director of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation and H.E. Dr. Alaa Elhadidi, Ambassador of Republic of Egypt had taken place. Professor Dr. Anton Caragea express his amicable fillings and friendly interest towards the recent evolution`s in Egypt, evolution`s, that are consolidating Egypt`s economic development. Egypt`s transition toward stability is witnessed with sympathy and interest in Romania, emphasized Prof.Dr. Anton Caragea. Ambassador Dr. Alaa Elhadidi presented the latest achievements in bilateral relations and the vision for re-opening the economic cooperation, developing parliamentary dialogue and strengthening cultural relations and building new bridges of understanding between Romania and Egypt. The parties had appreciated that: between Romanian and Egypt there are large areas of common interests, designed to forge a good understanding between the two nations and now it is an auspicious moment for reconstructing and rebuilding this framework of dialogue and friendship.

ROMANIA REMAINS INTERESTED IN IRAQ DEVELOPMENT On 9 June 2015 the taking office, protocol meeting, between Prof. Dr.Anton Caragea, President Director-General of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation and H.E. Hussain Sinjari, Ambassador of Republic of Iraq, had taken place. Prof. Dr.Anton Caragea express his heart felted congratulation on the occasion of beginning of mandate of H.E. Hussain Sinjari and stated that Iraq was and it will always be considered a strong ally and friend of Romania in the Middle East region and expressing the view that we have all the unmistakable signs of a successful strategic friendship. The Romania-Iraq relationship must be an example of constructing strong relation between Romania and countries of the Middle East. In the last decade the bilateral dialogue with Iraq was exceptional in amplitude, seriousness and efficacy and this bilateral long term commitment is constitute an obligation for both of the countries to continue building this framework of dialogue and friendship. H.E. Hussain Sinjari had expressed his appreciation for the encouragement`s offered by Prof.Dr.Anton Caragea and had stated that the vision of a economic, politic and cultural special relationship between Romanian and Iraq is a mutual shared vision. The dialogue had continued on concrete aspects and analyses of economic, political and cultural bilateral relations and on ways of fostering this dialogue on to the future.

The wines where introduced to the public by the Cotnari House of Wines sommelier –Stefan Timofti , who underlined the pure Romanian traits of Feteasca Neagra wine ilk, who’s traces in history goes as far as Cucuteni Culture (5.000 years ago),a perfect representative wine for Romanian and House of Cotnari. In sign of recognition of the intrinsic value of the Feteasca Neagra wine, produced by COTNARI House of Wines, the Deputy Secretary General of the Government, Mr. Liviu Neagu handover on behalf of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation the special prize for the wine maker George Malutan, who was hailed as the WINEMAKER OF THE YEAR. CASA PANCIU (HOUSE OF PANCIU) ATTENDS THE 2014-NATIONAL SALON OF ROMANIAN WINE On 24 October 2014 at the Palace Hall in Bucharest, the opening ceremony of National Salon of Romanian Wine has taken place.

of Wine has proved the ever growing level of Romanian wine industry and of Romanian wine producers, perfect represented by the Casa Panciu-the creator of Romanian Diplomatic Wine, concluded in his assessment of the National Salon of Romanian Wine October 2014, Professor Dr. Anton Caragea- PresidentGeneral Director of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation.″

On this occasion Professor Dr. Anton Caragea-President General Director of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation and Romanian Parliament leader of activity- Senator Ionel Agrigoroaei had opened the Venue and visited the stand of Casa Panciu (House of Panciu) the creator of Romanian Diplomatic Wine for 2014. Casa Panciu had presented on the opening of National Wine Salon a selection of the best wines of 2014: the Muscat Ottonel sweet wine, which had conquered the public with his pungent aroma, fine pearled image and the apple and fruity dominated taste a wine nearing perfection and marked with 94 points out of 100 for the citrus flavor. Amongst other new wines presented where: the Rose Wine of House of Panciu that completed the initial success of the Rose Sparkling Wine, launched in the spring of 2014 and a

preferred wine by the Italian tasters present at the venue: the white Cabernet Sauvignon, that conquered all hearts by his long lasting aroma, fine taste and technological mastery. The Feteasca Neagra (Black Girly) by Casa Panciu was undoubtedly the Queen of the festivity. After it was highly noted at Vinitaly (Italian wine contest) in March 2014 and voted by the diplomatic committee in April 2014 at Good Wine, as the Best Red Wine in 2014, it catches the eyes of all the visitors and good wine lovers. Casa Panciu had presented the celebrated national wine ilk: Feteasca Neagra in two separate editions, one under the brand of Panciu Domains (Domeniile Panciu) and one under the name of Casa Panciu (House of Panciu) both united by a perfect mastery of the tannins, a perfect maturity potential that is promising a good evolution in the bottle and will offer full enjoyment to the consumers for many years to come. REAFFIRMED FRIENDSHIP: ROMANIA AND VENEZUELA

friendly and cooperation meeting had taken place between Prof. Dr. Anton Caragea, President DirectorGeneral of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation and H.E. Victor Ramon Carazo, Ambassador of Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. The discussion led the foundations of continuing the dialogue and fostering the relations between Romania and the heart of Latin America-Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.″

On 11 June 2015, a friendly and cooperation meeting had taken place between Prof. Dr. Anton Caragea, President Director-General of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation and H.E. Victor Ramon Carazo, Ambassador of Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Prof. Dr. Anton Caragea express his amicable fillings and friendly interest towards the recent evolution`s in Venezuela, evolutions that are consolidating Venezuela`s economic development and independence, open society and are creating a sense of perfect unity between the people of Venezuela and the government. Venezuela`s revolutionary transformation, true to Commander Hugo Chavez Frias legacy, under the supervision and guidance of President Nicolas Maduro, is witnessed with sympathy and interest in Romania, stated Prof. Dr.Anton Caragea. H.E. Ambassador Victor Ramon Carazo presented the latest evolutions in the frame of bilateral relations, emphasizing the numerous solidarity activities of people of Romania with Venezuela`s revolutionaries evolutions and building new bridges of understanding between Romania and Venezuela. The parties had appreciated that between Romanian and Venezuela there are many common interests, designed to forge a good understanding between the two nations . The Romania-Venezuela relationship must be an example for a better relation between Romania and Latin America. If in the last decade the bilateral dialogue with this area was faltering, now it is a auspicious moment for reconstructing and rebuilding this framework of dialogue and friendship with Venezuela as the prime gate for Romania`s access. The dialogue had continued on concrete aspects and analyses of economic, political and cultural bilateral relations and on ways of fostering this dialogue on to the future. The discussion led the foundations of continuing the dialogue and fostering the relations between Romania and the heart of Latin America-Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

THE PROGRAM ON 100 STEPS, SET OUT BY PRESIDENT NURSULTAN NAZARBAYEV, IS RECOGNIZED AS DOCUMENT OF WORLD SIGNIFICANCE

” Kazakhstan

Ambassador, Daulet Batrashev, outlined the significance and the importance of the message, in a dialogue with IRICE President-Professor Dr. Anton Caragea and requested the academic analyses and an official point of view on the content of the document, that will be submitted for Kazakhstan people appreciation. The document is titled: 100 concrete steps set out by President Nursultan Nazarbayev .″

An official presentation of the 100 steps plan of Kazakhstan President has taken place in Romania, on 27 July 2015. Kazakhstan Ambassador, Daulet Batrashev, outlined the significance and the importance of the message, in a dialogue with IRICE President-Professor Dr. Anton Caragea and requested the academic analyses and an official point of view on the content of the document, that will be submitted for Kazakhstan people appreciation. The document titled: 100 concrete steps set out by President Nursultan Nazarbayev to implement five institutional reforms is a concrete plan, proved the Kazakhstan President determination to carve out the creation of a developed state for all people of Kazakhstan. This will be achieved by developing a professional civil service, ensuring rule of law,offering bases for industrialisation and economic growth and fostering national unity and identity by developing a patriotic act named Mangilik El (Eternal Nation). After perusing the document, IRICE President-Professor Dr. Anton Caragea express his complete acquiescence to the program enunciated by H.E. Kazakhstan President-Nursultan Nazarbayev and highlighted the main features of what he called „a perfect program for a modern nation, a state belonging to XXI century”. The academic staff of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation, in agreement with other institutions and European academies, will start a process of complete and thoroughly examination and recommendations, so that the Five Institutional Reforms Program outlined by President Nursultan Nazarbayev to be recognized as a document of universal value and significance and to be offered as a template for development and national building across the world. The program and documents, submitted by H.E. Kazakhstan Ambassador-Daulet Batrashev for Europe and Romanian analysis, are reflecting the peerless manner in which President Nazarbayev is conducting the construction of an enlighten and modern state in Kazakhstan of today and his proposals can be considered as a document of world significance and authoritative development plan, concluded Professor Dr. Anton Caragea. The meeting held between HE. Kazakhstan Ambassador-Daulet Batrashev and PresidentProfessor Dr. Anton Caragea was the first official presentation of the Five Institutional Reforms Program of President Nursultan Nazarbayev to a world academic body.

The gala dinner had offered a chance to the Romanian academic community to present their appreciation and pay homage for BEST AMBASSADOR TO ROMANIA- Mr. Omer Berzinji and all the academicians part tacking in the event, highlighted the rich cultural and academic activity and the political and diplomatic successes obtained by Ambassador Omer Berzinji during his mission to Romania. PEOPLE`S ASSEMBLY OF KAZAKHSTAN: A DEMOCRATIC MODEL OF UNIVERSAL VALUE On March 3rd 2015, The Parliament of Romania hosted the international conference: ASSEMBLY OF PEOPLE’S OF KAZAKHSTAN-A UNIVERSAL DEMOCRATIC MODEL. The academic conference was subscribed to the traditional strategic friendship that is uniting Romania and Kazakhstan and was destined to highlight to Romanian and international audience the fundamental role of an institution unique in the world and reflecting Kazakhstan specificity: ASSEMBLY OF PEOPLE’S OF KAZAKHSTAN. This institution of paramount importance was established in 1995, according to a decision of President Nursultan Nazarbayev and has the role of allowing all national, cultural and religious minorities on the territory of Kazakhstan to partake together with the Kazakh majority in building a society model, in selecting cultural politics and in building an open and inclusive society integrating all citizens.

Today after 20 years of activity, the ASSEMBLY OF PEOPLE’S OF KAZAKHSTAN had become a model for all the states of the world, a model of resolving minority’s problems and democratic people’s involvement. In the framework of the conference, hosted by Romanian Parliament, the leadership of the parliament had outlined messages of support for the RomanianKazakhstan relations, for the profusely democratic character of ASSEMBLY OF PEOPLE’S OF KAZAKHSTAN and messages of admiration for the national and democratic construction achieved by the exertions of Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
