The main idea of this proposal for BMW groups is developing spatial intelligent buildings, which could reconfigure the way building behave with the user. When a user has a freedom to change his way of living and making the building adapt to his needs. A building which could give him an alternative whenever he wants. A building which could intimate the use of energy level and suggest the best alternative solution to morph itself considering the type of activity and the use of volume.
