We’re known as Atlanta’s authentic French bakery whose flaky, buttery croissants are so good, we named our bakery after them. But croissants aren’t all we make. Many chefs across Atlanta trust us as their source for hundreds of exceptional breads and pastries baked fresh daily. They know we have the facility, ability and experience to deliver both small-volume hand-shaped artisan bread orders as well as large-volume, complex orders for their restaurants, hotels, airlines, catering companies, and more. We’re also their source for developing custom recipes and private label products. Originally from France, co-owners Pascal Mezzacqui, Pastry Chef, and Patrick Jacquot, Head Baker, are classically trained in the French tradition. From their beginnings in July of 1996 with an order for five dozen poppy seed buns, to today, more than 22 years later, they continue to honor their heritage by using wholesome ingredients and a dedication to artisan skills that result in quality you can taste.
