Designer of footwear, soles and leather goods

I'm characterized by a creative aptitude, good social relations and I'm interested in working environments where I'm surrounded by materials, textures and machines.

I'm interested in working environments where I'm surrounded by materials, textures and machines, because it becomes a continuous learning process, contact with each product manufacturing process leads to better results, because when difficulties are encountered, processes are improved.

I love the world of footwear and sole development because I've found it personally and professionally fulfilling. I hope to keep learning and learning, to give my best wherever I go.

I have worked on the design and development of soles, heels and components for the footwear and leather goods industry, to be manufactured by CNC, then by injection or vulcanization.

I combine shoe design and pattern-making with correct sole development, resulting in a correct production process.

On the other hand, I have worked in the teaching field as an instructor in footwear and leather goods and in 3D modeling, where I apply my knowledge by sharing it with future generations interested in this profession.

To make a mold using a model, we start by creating the model in modeling software, then printing it on a 3D printer, before making a mold and counter-mold using plaster and silicone. After this process, we cast the model in aluminum to obtain a mold that can be ground using a CNC machine.

After the mold has been ground, the cover is manufactured, where the injection channels and necessary adjustments are made for the subsequent final injection process of the sole, depending on the material to be manufactured.
