SIZE OF PRÉ DE PROVENCE SOAPS: As water is a standard component in all soap, there is a natural loss of moisture and weight over time. This loss is influenced by time, storage conditions, temperature and climate. Our core Pré de Provence soap line is manufactured to 250g, 150g and 25g sizes. Due to regulations, they may be marked with the manufacturing size, or an estimate symbol of the absolute minimum if extreme moisture loss were to occur.

All items are priced as eaches and sold in case packs. Please place order in multiples of the case pack size as listed. Otherwise, European Soaps will increase your order to the nearest case pack size.
MINIMUM ORDER (PER LOCATION):
$250 minimum opening order for terms, credit approval needed, must submit credit application via email or fax.
$250 opening for CC orders | $100 reorder
A completed signed Resale Certificate must be submitted prior to any shipment for Washington State customers to avoid sales tax being applied.
During periods of extreme temperature we may be unable to ship certain items, e.g. Shea butter and liquids.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Credit card: We accept VISA, Discover, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment for total of product, shipping & handling.
Net 30 Terms: To apply for Net 30 Terms, a completed, signed European Soaps credit application and 3 credit references must be provided. Please allow 2 weeks for initial credit review and processing on new Net 30 accounts. Interest will be charged at 1.5% per month (18% annually) on delinquent accounts. A $25 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
METHOD OF SHIPMENT:
We are now offering a 10% freight cap on all orders over $250 across the continental US. We offer Free Freight on orders over $1200. Excludes AK, HI, and PR. Not valid outside of the US.
All merchandise is shipped FOB Sumner, WA. Please allow two weeks for delivery. Shipments are routed via the carrier determined by European Soaps unless otherwise specified. Usually, FedEx or UPS Ground.
European Soaps is not responsible for and will not reimburse for carrier delays of any kind, shipping information errors, failed delivery attempts and lost or stolen packages.
International locations: Please note for shipping to outside of USA, your packages will be subject to the customs fees, brokerage fees, and import duties of the country to which your order is shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. European Soaps is not responsible for any customs or brokerage fees, or Ancillary Service Fees of any kind.
RETURNS:
European Soaps will authorize the return of miss sent or factory defective merchandise for full credit. A request for return authorization RA must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval – please email customer service at customerservice@europeansoaps.com to request return authorization approval. All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition and
may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please review your order immediately upon receipt – no credits or claims will be accepted after 30 days. Claims for lost shipments, or damage caused by freight carrier should be filed with the freight carrier directly.
BACK ORDERS:
Back orders under $50.00 will be canceled. All other back orders will be held open for 90 days from the original ship date and shipped without notice when available, unless specifically requested by customers to cancel. All back orders open past 90 days will cancel automatically.
PRICES:
Prices in the FALL 2025 Catalog are effective June 15, 2025. Prices are subject to change without notice.
MAP PRICING:
All retailers may establish their own resale price but must not advertise pricing that is less than the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) established by European Soaps. This policy covers all advertisements of European Soaps products across various platforms, including, but not limited to, printed materials and all digital channels. This Policy is non-negotiable and exceptions will not be made. You are agreeing to adhere to our MAP policy when you purchase our products.
ONLINE SELLER POLICY:
All new retail applicants are required to prove the existence of a legitimate brickand-mortar storefront and/or a proprietary e-commerce website. All retailers are strictly prohibited from listing products for sale on online marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon and Walmart without prior approval. All orders from retailers identified as 3rd party resellers will be canceled.
POLICY VIOLATIONS:
Violations of these policies will result in the cancellation of all orders and the termination of the customer relationship.
ONLINE RETAILERS:
European Soaps products can be sold via online retailers from retailers storefront only. It is prohibited for any online retailer or 3rd party reseller to represent themselves as European Soaps for online sales. Retailers must obtain written approval to sell online and follow European Soaps Sales and Advertising Policy, as well as MAP pricing.
