WELCOME TO JONNY’S PIZZA!
My name is Jonny, and I am from Brooklyn, New York. I’ve been in the restaurant business all my life. I grew up in it. My father owned a pizzeria in Brooklyn, and I worked there as far back as I can remember. I started by putting together the pizza boxes and cleaning tables. I also cut a lot of vegetables and did anything I could to learn the business from the inside out.
We are a local family owned business. I love what I do, most importantly, making great food for others and making them happy. All of our items are made from family recipes. Everything is fresh and made from scratch. In fact, we have no freezers!

At Jonny’s, we love giving back and supporting our local community, including military, schools, first responders, sports teams and organizations. With an extended menu of pizza, pasta, calzones, salads and more, including vegan options and a kid’s menu, we have something for everyone!

AUGUST IS CHILDREN’S EYE HEALTH AND SAFETY MONTH
As summer winds down and you scramble to get your children “back to school” ready, don’t forget the importance of healthy vision.
As your child grows and changes from year to year, so do their eyes and their vision. School requires extreme visual involvement such as reading, writing, computer and whiteboard work. Even physical education and sports require strong vision. If your child is struggling to see well, they may feel tired or have trouble concentrating causing them to have problems in school.
Here are fi ve signs that your child may have vision problems: • Short attention span • Losing their place when reading • Avoiding reading and other close activities • Turning their head to the side • Squinting
Your child’s eye health could determine how well they do in school. That’s why it is important to make sure they are getting regular eye exams with an optometrist that can fi t them with the correct prescription lenses depending on their required needs. The earlier a vision problem is detected, the more successful your child will be-in and out of school.
