I told my nephew a watermelon was gonna grow in his stomach because he ate some of the seeds. I kid you not, he looked me straight in the eyes and said, “Nope, because there’s no sunlight, so you’re wrong, and college has failed you.” He’s 7!

While putting together a tater tot casserole, my 7-year-old came across half of a tot. I told her it was a baby tot, and she corrected me by saying, “It’s a tottler.” And…dads everywhere stood up and applauded.

When you’re living out of a hotel for a week and are using Uber Eats…your 3-year-old may start saying things like, “Mom, call the mailman and order pizza and macaroni!

I bought my 6 year old Grandson, Dillon, a large shareable 3 Musketeers bar. After opening it & sharing one of the bars with me, he stated, “Mawmaw, they messed up on this candy bar.” I asked, “Why do you say that, Dillon?” He replied, “Cuz they only put 2 bars in here & it says 3 Musketeers!!!”

2-year-old (eating his lunch): Papa’s coffee hot?

Me: Yeah baby, it’s hot. Don’t touch.

2-year-old: Me blow on it for Papa?
