What’s More Important?
So, I recently moved back to central Texas, Dripping Springs, specifically. Coming back to Central Texas has been refreshing, to say the least. However, there still is a common theme: Same problems same issues: the VAX versus the UNVAXXED, the Republicans versus the Democrats are alive and well in central Texas. The State of Texas fighting against abortion. “My body my choice” seems to scream louder than ever now. Vaccine passports for people to dine and to travel seem to be on the horizon. The world seems to be on fire daily, doesn’t it? If you turn on the tv, you almost lose your mind. So, I don’t. I have allowed myself to talk to people more than ever lately. I do ask opinions of what people think, and yes, I voice my unhappiness with others when asked. Sometimes my social media will give you clues on how I feel @Jt.mrallin, Instagram, and Facebook.
No, I am not getting the jab. My body my choice. Yes, I am conservative by nature. I love Jesus. I love people. I asked a Bishop friend of mine, “Why all this chaos today?” He said that God is using a lot of evil so his people will lean in on him. That’s the thing that we should all be doing… Not fighting with one another or disagreeing but loving on one another.
I don’t need to tell you what to do with your body, neither do you me… Who to vote for? Nope, not my job. Both parties have taken hundreds of trillions of dollars overseas. It’s called money laundering, but that’s not “gonna” sit well with everyone. You may be asked, “Was 911 an attack or was it here on our own country by our own military?” Or, “Is there a group called Q?” Or “Is cnn right or fox?” Doesn’t matter… big money has bought them all anyway? You may read this and say, “Oh, my goodness!” or you may say that he has an opinion.
Agree or disagree, it’s okay, but the big truth that needs to be dealt with is do we love each other today? See, loving is where we need to be. Love our neighbor like we love ourselves. Here’s the issue. If we don’t love ourselves, then we can’t love our neighbors. One challenge to you today is to check your forgiveness meter and see if you have let some things go. A bigger challenge for you today is to deal with the man or woman in the mirror so you can find that happiness. The world’s problems have been here since the beginning of time, and many are because we don’t deal with our own Issues. I am “gonna” lean in on love. 51 years have taught me that I can’t fix anything. I have to lean on my Creator. I suggest you do, too!!! In this time more than ever, we need LOVE AND JESUS. If you haven’t figured that out yet, the front porch light is on and no one is home, as they say. Have a Blessed Day!
