How does the coaching vary when working with younger vs. older runway models? It all has the same goal, walking with confidence. It's sometimes a different approach. Kids sometimes are already pretty confident, and aren't really aware of their appearance. They just have fun! Sometimes, teenagers or adults can think about it too much, so you will talk more about empowerment, and then have fun! The youngest runway model was five years old. He was so brave and already booked a show. You just saw he had it in him. No fear and a lot of fun!
