Amazon has many positive impacts but what about the negative impacts (The dark side)? one of the negative impacts is counterfeit products. Amazon allows the private individuals sellers to sell products on amazon, this helps to increase the choices but also led to an increase in the low-quality products that can pose risks to customers who purchase these products. Also, the data privacy concerns, when customer’s order from amazon, they should write some of the personal information while the company claims to take data privacy seriously there have been concerns raised about how amazon uses and protects customer data from cyber threats.
