Please call the helpdesk to arrange for any further training. HELPDESK TELEPHONE NUMBER: 0845 6041873

Some useful points to remember; • The holiday year runs from 1st April to 31st March. • All holidays must be taken during the holiday year in which it is accrued as the Company operates a use it or lose it policy. • You are able to take up to 2 weeks off at a time. If you wish to take more than this you must make a special request in writing to your Area Manager. • Holiday dates must be authorised by your line manager with as much notice as possible, but with a minimum 4 weeks notice. • Holidays will be agreed on a first come first served basis and holiday forms should be signed by your manager. • Please remember to not book any holidays or make any travel arrangements until your holiday has been authorised.
