Our friend, cowboy poet and entertainer Red Steagall, has a fabulous saying, “Every once in a while, in your life you might need a doctor or a lawyer, but three times a day, seven days a week, you need a farmer or a rancher.”

Our commitment to beef, agriculture, ranching and rural living runs deep and we are honored to be a part of these industries. With Tom’s ranching experience and Lisa’s dairy farm, Low Country roots it’s only natural that we are dedicated to this lifestyle with very strong beef beliefs! It is our lifestyle, not just a career.

Beef is almost always the center of the plate at Perini Ranch Steakhouse and through the steakhouse we have had the opportunity to continue this lifestyle and be part of this community. Our partnerships and friendships with the Texas Beef Council, Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and Certified Angus Beef have been rewarding and it is our pleasure to share this with our customers. The Perini Ranch Steakhouse mission statement focuses on our commitment to quality, consistency and hospitality, and this is possible because of the same dedications the organizations we work with.

Ribeye, 16 oz. Certified Angus Beef®

Tom’s favorite! This ribeye is bursting with robust flavor and juicy with generous marbling. It’s these marbling “flecks of flavor” that make a ribeye so delicious. Typically, there’s a large kernel of fat on the ribeye, and after cooking, much of it melts into each flavorful bite.

Center Cut Filet, 8 oz. Certified Angus Beef®

This is the most tender beef cut. This center-cut filet is lean, yet succulent. It’s an elegant choice, with mild flavor and delicate, meltin-your-mouth texture. Perfect for special occasions or a refined everyday indulgence.

Center Cut Strip, 12 oz. Certified Angus Beef®

This center-cut strip is a traditional beef lover’s go-to and a steakhouse classic—sometimes called a New York or Kansas City Strip. It has a little less fat than a ribeye but more “bite” and marbling than a filet. It’s a delicious steak, and we like to serve it with lots of black pepper.

Mesquite Smoked Peppered Beef Tenderloin

Since 1995, our Mesquite Smoked Peppered Beef Tenderloin has been served in homes and at events across the country.

Each tenderloin is individually selected, hand trimmed and rubbed with our special seasoning of ground black pepper and herbs. Then it’s mesquite smoked using the traditional method of cooking.

Our Mesquite Smoked Peppered Beef Tenderloin is fully cooked to a perfect medium-rare, flash frozen and sent overnight to you. Preparations are simply thaw, slice and serve. It’s an instant dinner party or celebration in your freezer.
