Team WMH India is happy to publish its final magazine of the year 2021. It has been a year of recovery for many who fell victim to the pandemic. We pray for their well-being and prosperity. As the year concludes, we want you to look on the brighter side and welcome 2022 with a new spirit and enthusiasm.

In this edition, we bring to you an article that will be a perfect guide for the movies that you can watch with your whole family during the holidays. How exciting, right? Talking about holidays, we also have an article that can be your fashion guide in this holiday season. But, we also want you to understand that as you are cozy in your warm houses, many do not even have a blanket to protect themselves from the cold. Hence, we present to you our philanthropy through one of our articles. Also, make sure to read the endeavors of Aishwari Surve, a beautiful and talented Digital creator and influencer along with a featured interview of gorgeous, Megha Rouniyar who is a Web Developer and a fashion model. We are in the finale of 2021 as December is here. As promising as it is, December is by far the coldest month of 2021. It is unfortunate that many are not privileged enough to make it through the cold weather on their own. Hence, team WMH India appeals to everyone to lend a helping hand to the needy and make a difference in someone's life.

Meet Aishwari Surve, a young and growing fashion influencer and digital creator from Ratnagiri. She works hard each day to learn something new. Her overall personality motivates her to stay determined and grow in the industry. Aishwari started her modeling career in the year 2016, and since then she is not leaving any stone unturned. Currently, she is pursuing Bachelor's Home science in Hospitality and tourism management from S.N.D.T University, Juhu, Mumbai. Aishwari comes from a fashion designing background.

"My aunt is a fashion designer. Therefore, I do modelling for her. Also, I watch my grandmother design clothes, from then I have been started taking interest in fashion. And as of now in present time, everything is about fashion. I have been getting so many compliments about my dressing sense. So, I started posting my pictures on social media. Buying new trendy fashion clothes, jewellery and everything or just mix matching with some old stuff and have been creating content. And here I am now".

Aishwari got her first project in 2016, as she modeled for her aunt's boutique, InVogue. And since then she has been getting collaboration projects. However,

being so much into fashion, Aishwari never wanted to pursue her graduation in fashion. She has her own fashion and likes to show it.

Furthermore, she is planning to have a masters degree in Human Resource Management. Talking about it, she has always wanted to do it from the day she started her bachelors in HTM. Aishwari wants to be her own boss, and digital creation always will going to be a part of her life. She will always be creating content. Aishwari loves traveling and her love for it has taken her to many places. She has even lost the count and has done two international trips to Dubai and Thailand. And recently went to Ladakh. The top places on her bucket list are Maldives, New York, Los Angeles, Greece, and

Europe. Social media has definitely helped

many to create their own identity and niche. Adding to which Aishwari says, "In today's generation, social media is the best platform for anything. It has been very helpful for me though, and many people that I know. It is based on your profile aesthetic, engagement and insights. Followers does not matter at all. It is just what content you give and how people react to it".

Aishwari has worked with many brands such as Daniel Wellington, Brillare India, Urbanic, and many more. She considers her biggest achievement is a short film, Senses which she did in 2017. Further, Aishwari hopes for doing fashion editorial and glamour modeling. Also, she has not only one inspiration but many. Her aunt, mom, and digital creators such as Akriti Rana, Komal Kapoor, Radhika Seth, and Ashna Shroff are her inspirations.

Talking about the importance of modeling agencies, Aishwari says,

"The agencies find work for models by presenting them to designers, photographers, and ad agencies. The agencies are also responsible for booking the jobs, billing for the jobs, and eventually paying the models for their time. By handling the details, an agency allows a model to focus on modeling and not on the business end. Because modeling is a very competitive, fast moving business that extends beyond the traditional 9 AM to 5 PM business hours. An agency gen -

erally conducts business 24 hours a day, to handle emergencies such as cancellations or rush jobs. Most agencies have a service or an operator to handle emergency issues after hours".

This glamour world is not just only famous for its glamour but for dark sides too. We have had heard a lot of news regarding it. To which Aishwari said that it is how one takes the situation and should have their own respect. There is no one that can harm or take one down if one stood for themselves. Most importantly fight the situation and get through it.

To our surprise, Aishwari was a statelevel badminton player. Clearly, she is a multi-talented person. She played her last match in 2017. Further discussing her badminton journey, Aishwari revealed,

" My grandfather, he was such a amazing badminton player. So, I guess

its in my genes. I and my brother went together for sessions. Then I started playing tournaments, played for school college, and so proud of

myself that I have played at state-level. But after I left my city for my graduation to Mumbai, I did not get time to play, and had been through accident so had a bad back injury".

Meet the beautiful and talented fashion model Julaikha

Shah who is making her name in the industry with her consistency. This young confident woman is working hard towards her passion each and every day. Therefore, she is hustling hard to achieve milestones in her career. Born and brought up in Darjeeling, Julaikha grew up studying in a convent. She was a tomboy, taking an avid interest in sports. But nowhere keen on modeling, although she was fond of dressing up.

For her graduation, Julaikha moved to Kolkata. Initially, it was a struggle staying alone in the city without having the comfort of home. Having to fend for everything for herself. Suddenly one fine day, one fellow photographer approached her while walking on campus. He wanted to take her portraits. Hence, from there, the dots just connected each other. Adding to which she revealed,

"It was an amazing feeling knowing a part of me which I could have never discovered had it not been for that one photographer who

most randomly wanted to take portraits of me. That very experience played a huge role in me getting to know my talents and capabilities better. However, I have always been more inclined towards studies. I want to pursue my academics with utmost focus with studying criminal psychology. Being in front of the camera will always be my happy zone. I will always enjoy coming back into my element whenever it allows me to" Modeling to her is the greatest form of expression. The one which she is most fluent in. Julaikha finds it beautiful to have the ability to be able to speak to the person viewing an image of her, without the use of words, but through body language, actions and emotions. Modeling is a way of bringing to life the ideas of a designer. And models get to play the final piece of that puzzle, completing hours of labor by countless people. "Having the ability to portray someone's vision and bring it to life. Being able to speak in an universal language through my images is where lies the true beauty of modeling in my eyes.

Being paid for something you love doing is always a blessing. Also, getting to wear the best of clothes and designs and get photographed in them. This is something that excites me till now before every single shoot. Further having the power to inspire others and little girls in the right manner is something that is equally empowering. It is one of the most satisfying aspects of my job".

Better neighbourhood with WMH India

From magazine for modelling and the entertainment industry, to guiding the models, WMH India has always stood above others. WMH India has another feature that reminds the magnificence of the creator.

Up to now, World Model Hunt, of which WMH India is a subsidiary, has been focusing on philanthropy work and be a helping hand to the needy in way of spreading the right information. WMH India took another step to connect with non-profits and help them with what they need. "Resources." These resources can be in any form. People can volunteer, donate, or raise funds to assist these non-profits around the country. Additionally, WMH India is in talks to allow international help/ funds to come in for these fundraisers and volunteer ship, helping the nonprofit associations grow in the right direction.

The second step that WMH India took was helping the non-profits with the right volunteers. People who believe in volunteering work, and people who mean to help others are all welcome to join this program and be a part it. This will not just help the non-profits grow but evolve in the right direction.

Why help?

One of the higher approaches in life is to support the poor and needy human beings. One must provide them with a hand-up rather than a handout. Also, one should always give them ethical

support, display heartfelt humbleness and appreciation. This makes them conscious that a person honestly does care about them. Moreover, show them that you seek to enhance their situation. This might grow their selfesteem and assist them in overcoming the limitations they face each day. Coming forward and working with the poor and needy human beings. Moreover, assisting them to find out their very own abilities and makes them discover their capabilities. All these factors will support them and allow them to recognize that they have something of value.

One's trash is anothers' gold.

A successful person prospers with everyone.

Living life alone on this huge earth will be miserable. You find a piece of relief because there exist people. It does not bother if someone is from a particular

state or not, it is the some human being. Therefore, the idea of separate humans stands biased. Otherwise, we all stand interrelated and connected. Therefore, the suffering of people should bother the ones who have at least basic comfort. Sharing a little comfort with another human makes this world a better place to live. This world is full of inequality. Government and multiple organizations try to fix this gap, yet everything stands the same. This gap widens with less contribution to the world.

There are children without education and hence there Is little chance for them to grow. Therefore, their circumstances remain the same. Well, education comes later. Firstly, it is sad to recognize that people do not even have food to eat. However, not only humans but also animals and birds are starving. Again, people are struggling to have shelter and clothes. We all know poverty stands as a big issue in India. Thousands and thousands of people starve for two meals a day and deserve cane support and help. Kindness and moral support of humanity are something that they crave.

India is a developing country where unplanned urbanization causes day-to-day changes. These changes occur in climatic conditions, lacking awareness of disaster, epidemic, and pandemics management. Hence, saving a life becomes costly here.

How can we help?

According to UNICEF, each day 22,000 children die due to poverty, and 805 million people all over the world do not have enough food to eat. Also, approximately 750 million people lack access to clean drinking water. However, the issue is not that we do not have an adequate amount of food. But the poor and hungry people cannot afford to buy food for themselves. Hence, this is just one criterion, there lie aspects where the poor and needy are struggling. So, the basic thing is to focus on how to help

the needy and poor people of our society.

There are instances that talk about the upliftment of humanity with imaginative ideas. Yes, people are creative enough to find a way for everything. Turning old products or clothes to someone in need. For instance, cloth tailors mostly use their left-out cloth pieces and bind them together in a sack. This will however turn into a cushion for street animals as well as needy humans. Hence, there are ways to support them, all we need is an inventive mind and a humble soul.

Among supporters of the needy, once can always do the following:

• Collecting old and rejected clothes and distributing them among the people who cannot afford these.

• Providing blankets, mattresses, and warm clothes in the underprivileged communities.

• Providing shelters to the people on parkways and roads.

• Clothes and other items distribution.

• Take part in recognized cultural exchange programs, and understand other cultures

• Be a volunteer and take part in fundraisers.

• Not to throw home appliances, clothes, or anything that retains a little possibility to reuse. This wastage can be their gift and our effort to them.

• Take care of left-out food and give it to the starving.

Benefits of giving back to the community

We all discussed why to be with a community and support them. Also, there stands a list of reasons why we should volunteer to help them. Unite the community and bridge the social, economic as well as political gaps. Well, donating your time and support is extremely beneficial both for the individual and the community. It keeps you healthier both physically and mentally. the feeling of returning and contributing to society stands unimaginable. Also, this way you will know your community and its citizens more precisely. Moreover, you will meet new people. This will also broaden your network of civilization, keeping your mind always broad and open-minded You will gain people skills and these skills will only grow when you participate and dedicate time to help others. It will teach your patience, compassion, and resilience. Furthermore, it will help you in gaining experiences, helping you navigate your future with growing interest.

You can help in raising funds for carrying the initiatives. Whether you are enthusiastic about advocacy, animals, or helping the homeless we will assist you in reaching your goal. There exist community centres to find opportunities and WMH India is with open hands to build a network bigger than ever for all non-profits. Together we can provide surplus help and set a new goal every year. Also, it is always better to start today. Therefore, let us join hands today to provide a better tomorrow .

Meet model and developer

Megha Rouniyar, who is doing her best to follow her passion for modeling. Coming from a small town in Nepal, modeling was never a career option for her. Though after settling in the United States for her undergraduate degree, she is doing what she loves the most. She is exploring the modeling industry quite well now. Megha's family has supported her in every phase of her life. Adding further,

"I consider myself extremely lucky to have the strongest support system out there. My family has always supported me with my choices. Be it dropping out of Med school or to pursue a career in IT or modeling. They are also my biggest fans and critics."

Apart from modeling, Megha is a traveler and loves to explore different places. Also, she loves hiking and spending time enjoying nature. Her stress buster is to hit the gym as she is a fitness freak. Megha works full-time as a Web Developer and spends her weekends doing modeling assignments. On

asking how she deals with criticism, Megha replies,

"I feel like we all receive criticism in some way or the other, I am no exception. Over the course of years I have learned to take constructive criticisms to build myself and become better. I don't really focus on negative criticisms or hate comments that are demeaning."

As we know rejections are a part and parcel of life, Megha also feels the same. However, one must learn and move on to do better in life.

11 As a young girl, rejections did affect my confidence self-esteem. However, I have a strong support system. My parents always encouraged me to work on my weakness instead of being disheartened. As I grew older, I realized that rejections only assure that there is something better for you out there."

Megha considers that constant pressure is the toughest part of modeling. Currently, Megha does not do high fashion modeling and only does commercials and print shoots. She mentioned that maintaining weight and expecting to lose weight after every shoot is disappointing.

"Networking and getting connected with fellow models or artists/designers have never been easier. Besides that, it has also given agencies the room to discover talent on their platforms. It makes the rigorous audition process simpler and the lives of aspiring models easier."

Megha aspires to work with some renowned names in the industry she looks up to. As of now, she wants to focus more on commercial brands. She has been working with some local brands and gradually wants to work more for renowned brands. Her goal is to be on the Vogue cover one day. She also wants to work with Versace, Zuhair Murad, Sabyasachi, and Balmain in the coming future.

The biggest challenge she faced so far is to find a good modeling agency to associate with. Though her modeling experience so far has been pleasant.
