PRICE INFORMATION
Our room rates are per person or suite per day including half-board, all Royal Feel-Good Services and all taxes. Excluding local tax.
> For a room without breakfast, subtract € 20.per person and day from the daily rate.
> There is a refund of € 20.- for meal cancellations until 11.00 a.m. (meal cancellations after 11.00 a.m. cannot be refunded).
> Short stay fee:
For a stay less than 5 nights there might be a short stay surcharge of 10 %.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are only guaranteed and binding if a deposit of 40 % of the arrangement has been paid on time - by bank transfer or by debiting your credit card via Payment Link. When a reservation is made, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.
EUROPEAN TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. We would be happy to send you further information and documents on taking out travel insurance. Otherwise, the information is available online at our website.
CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations, only the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. To avoid cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount minus € 40.- per person and day will be charged. For cancellations and the return bank transfer of the deposit, we charge a € 25.handling fee.
ROOM REQUESTS
Room requests can be considered as far as possible though no definitive guarantee can be given. Actual rooms may deviate from room sketches and equipment.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 4.00 p.m. Check-out on the day of departure is by 11.00 a.m. at the latest.
PETS
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the entire hotel. If you arrive with a pet, the room cannot be occupied.
DRESS CODE
Dinners are a festive occasion, so we ask you to please choose casually elegant attire. For the gala evening (on Sunday), we ask that gentlemen please wear jackets.
PARKING
Enjoy maximum comfort thanks to our underground garage with its own e-charging station, which is directly connected to the hotel lifts. The lift will deliver you comfortably to the reception or directly to the floor of your room.
SKI STORAGE DEPOT
You may leave your ski equipment with us at the Trofana Royal until your next stay.
Ski & ski poles € 40.- / Ski boots € 35.- / Storage of the total equipment is € 70.-
GUARANTED LATE CHECK-OUT / EARLY CHECK-IN
Only possible according to availability and for extra charge.
In summer late check-out & early check-in upon request for a fee.
