BONUS FOR WEEK-LONG STAYS All guests enjoy the following discounts when booking annual and consecutive holidays of 7 nights or more: 1st stay . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 5% bonus 2nd to 4th stay . . . . . . . . . . . . . 10% bonus From the 5th stay . . . . . . . . . 20% regular guest bonus All regular guests receive a bonus when they book at least one stay of 7 consecutive nights per year. If as a regular guest you are unable to stay with us for your annual week, you revert to a 5% bonus the following year. When coming back the year after, you receive your 10% or 20% regular guest bonus again, depending on which stage you were before.

From your 20th consecutive weekly stay, you receive the 20% regular-guest bonus also on short stays as long as you visit us at least once per year. This offer is not valid for packages with less than 7 nights nor for Christmas/ New Year’s.

We do not offer any discounts for stays of less than 7 nights. The regular-guest bonus is personal and applies to the daily rate, not including ski passes or packages.

RATE INFORMATION The listed rates are per person or suite including all Royal luxurious comfort services, as well as all taxes except local tax.

– For lodging only including breakfast we deduct € 20.- per person per day from the daily rate – A € 20.- refund will be granted for meal cancellations made before 11.00 a.m. (later meal cancellations cannot be reimbursed).

CANCELLATIONS In the event of cancellation, the terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Federation apply. In order to avoid costly cancellation fees, we strongly recommend purchasing a travel cancellation insurance policy. For late arrival or early departure, we will charge the full amount less € 40.- per person and day.

For cancellations and the return bank transfer of the deposit, we charge a € 25.- handling fee.

RESERVATIONS We shall confirm your reservation after receiving a deposit of 40% of the booking value by bank transfer or credit card (please provide us with the credit card number and expiration date, or transfer the money to our account). The terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Federation apply after the reservation has been confirmed.

ROOMS & ROOM REQUESTS Facilities and room outlines may differ from pictures. We take note of room requests where possible but cannot give you a definite promise.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE We strongly recommend that you purchase a travel cancellation insurance policy. We would be pleased to send you detailed information.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Rooms may be occupied after 04.00 p.m. and must be vacated before 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

LATE CHECK-OUT We charge 50% of the daily rate until 06.00 p.m. After 06.00 p.m., you will be charged for a full day.

DRESS CODE Dinner is a festive occasion, and we kindly ask you to dress smart casual. For the gala dinner on Sundays, we ask gentlemen to wear a suit jacket and a tie.

PETS Kindly note that we do not accept pets. If you arrive with a pet, we cannot admit you to your room.

SKI STORAGE You may store your ski equipment with us until next winter. Prices: Skis & ski sticks, € 40.-. Ski boots, € 35.-. Complete set, € 70.-.

PARKING Excellent convenience is afforded by the hotel’s underground parking garage, which is linked directly to the guest lifts. Making use of the convenient lifts, comfortably arrive at the reception desk or go straight up to your room floor.
