ESTUDIO HIDALGO | Agosto-Diciembre 2024

Site Analysis | Conceptual Phase | Design Development

Collective Housing project in Chihuahua, Chihuahua; stands out in the conception and development of a 120,000 square meter plot and 700 social housing units. The primary focus of the project revolves around creating a mixed-use environment that integrates residential typologies, commercial areas, protected green spaces, and community facilities.

With special attention to inclusion and accessibility, the project addresses the challenges of irregular terrain to highlight its functionality and facilitate individual pathways. My key involvement occurs upon completion of the site analysis, where I engage from the initial stages in post-production of resources. This involves my contribution to the design, quantification and optimization of housing and circulation areas, taking into account the diversity of housing typologies and buildings.
